Reported several bugs which still haven't been fixed. App crashes when you press the booking update "bell" and you can't call or text clients from the app as their number isn't marked up as a phone number. When you update hours in the app it has been deleting all your opening hours. Support team take far too long to respond and you usually just get told "it's a bug"

Is there any way to change the colour of the app? With the latest update they have made the layout to white and my dislexic eyes are actually hurting looking at it. It's madness, white on white! Can't even see the appointments

Rising prices but system doesn't improving and doesn't work better. Everyday can't connect from the first time. Also i can't enter a new client from the first time sometimes it takes five times to try. To connect with my country distributors is mission impossible

very good system. definitely needs a few improvements from the professional point of view. marketing not targeted to smaller rural business and it needs a text message service for clients for offers emails just don't cut it especially with older clients and younger clients tend not to read them where a short text message would be more effective.

Treatwell has been great to me. My therapy room is advertised on top of google findings for massage, reflexology and everything I do. They are always on the ball with making sure I have seen my bookings and always pay when they are meant to. They answer any query on the phone and it is easy to get hold of them. All the things you need! 🙂

this app continually locking me out and making me re set my password..this is very frustrating for me as a business owner..i love the treatwell concept and idea. but definatly has a few technical glitches .I used treatwell when it was whahandaand love love love it.my treatwell business account manager is fab, she is massively helpful when any of these issues arise..[LESLEY]..i quess my main concern is is the app is down i cant see my booking ..so still need to use the old fashioned pen and paper appointment system .which treatwell are trying too abolish
