Description

The certificate generator is used to generate the derogatory travel application which is essential for all travel authorized within the framework of confinement, apart from those that can be justified by the employer certificate and the proof of school trip.

Fill out the form indicating your contact details, the date and the reasons for your trip and click on the "Create Certificate" button to create a PDF file containing the trip certificate and a QR code compatible with the QR-DNUM application.

The data entered is stored exclusively on your phone. No information is collected. The generated pdf certificate contains a QR Code. This graphic barcode is used to read the information given in your certificate when entering it. It can be deciphered using any type of generic QR code reader.
