1-Prerequisites to use the application

The data transfer application is reserved for Orange customers
Both phones (old and new) must be in working order
As the application needs access to your data, you will be presented with permissions allowing access to all your files and it must be validated so that the application can transfer your content from the old mobile to the new one.
2-To use the application in the best conditions, you must
------------------------------------------
a- have in your possession the old and the new mobile in working order
b- have installed the Data Transfer application on both mobiles - the old and the new
c- having inserted your sim card in the new mobile
d- be connected to the same Wi-Fi network on both mobiles
3-What data is transferable?
------------------------------------------
- Contacts
- Apps
- Calendar (contained in mobile only),
- SMS and MMS*
- Call log*
- Photos and videos
- Music*
- Wallpapers*
*Supported and transferable content may vary between platforms. (Android/iOS)
As an option, you can also simply filter, based on a given period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months), the SMS, MMS, call log, etc. that you wish to transfer.
4- For which operating system is the application available?

The application is available for Google Android, Apple iOS systems
5- To which mobile can I make the transfer?
------------------------------------------
Towards Android smartphones
- For devices with Android version 5.0 minimum and later
Towards iOS smartphones
- For Apple devices version 10 minimum and later
- Not compatible with iPads
NB: If your version of Android is up to date, the performance of data transfer between your mobiles will be even better
This application uses a device to collect and aggregate statistics to help us improve the application and our services. None of the data collected is stored in the application and will not be used to identify you.
