It is fantastic to know how far away the next tram is. Rarely, it doesn't work for me but almost all of the time it is right. I mostly use Yarra Trams, does that make a difference? I've stopped using trams as much as I was, so now it will be difficult to prove it one way one way or the other.

Not accurate at all. Many times waiting for a tram and it says it is 3 minutes away, and then I am waiting for 20 minutes. Deleted after a week of using it

I just used it. It said the next tram was in 27 minutes! I was about to leave. A minute later a tram arrived. Update 29/3/21 still doesn't work.

Fix your damn app! left my apartment door & it said 8 minutes until my tram. Then, when I got out of the building it said 16 minutes (?). checked back in 3 minutes later & i had 3 minutes to get to my tram!! I ran. As I arrived at the stop it said I had 1 minute to go. NOPE! the driver saw me as he closed his doors & waved his hand to say too bad. im now waiting in the freezing cold for the next 15 minutes. is it your system not registering location or some of the tram drivers that are to blame?

When it works it's ok. However sometimes it said a tram is coming but suddenly it disappeared from your screen. Other times especially early in the morning, the tram you normally takes not showing on the screen, you wondered if there's something wrong with the tram and it got cancelled or what; then 10 minutes later it reappeared on the schedule. Currently it hasn't been working for 3 days.

What an utterly useless application this is. So you select the route, say 57, you select the direction of travel, towards City and you get 3, that's right, a whole 3 options. Option 1 is in the correct direction as is option 2. Option 3, for some idiotic reason, is in the opposite direction. It's honestly astounding that they could get something so fundamentally wrong!

That's OK, but the vidget is a bit useless. Can you please add a possibility to set a particular stop to be displayed in the vidget. There're two stops (to and from city). I need to see the to city, but the from city happened to be a few meters close. I would really appreciate having two instances of the vidget, showing the info for the two stops separately.

I have not been able to use this app on my phone now for over 6months. I have sent feedback to google numerous times. They do not listen. I dont know why google has a feedback option when the app will not open with adroid system 10 if they are not going to do anything.

This app was my go to, for tram travel. But for the past week or so it crashes immediately after launching. This means it's less than useful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. They don't appear to monitor comments or post them for potential users to see. Also I see that it's been almost 2 years since it was updated. That says alloy about commitment to customer service.

App is slow and buggy, not very user friendly, can't search up how to get to certain areas via tram. It assumes I know where to catch my tram from, the search function is basically useless. The PTV app does everything this app does but better.
