tpMiFi provides the easiest way to manage your TP-LINK Mobile Wi-Fi via the connected Android devices. It allows you to manage your Mobile Wi-Fi's data usage, battery life and connected devices with a few taps. tpMiFi management is available only after the Android device is connected to the Wi-Fi network of TP-LINK Mobile Wi-Fi. Disconnected from the MiFi will appear on the interface if the device is not connected to the Mobile Wi-Fi. All features are available when the Android device logs in. 4.7 so the app should be OK that is what I thought but I can't set my tp-link 7450 modem router. And I think the problem is the modem, many bugs in the firmware makes it unusable right now. Maybe basic setup was the option to go but that does not fit with my needs. I will try again but really this product is a pain...

There is an issue with the app. When top up arrives or a SMS it disconnects the internet access. I have to use settings to switch off WiFi and reconnect. The model MiFi dongle I have is a M7350. It is most annoying when the disconnect occurs during a very important conference call.

Very poor does not tell if something wrong or let customer know what and what to fix. There is no way to dwnload to a computer. Just will not let cusomer have any input. Tech support was of no help. No uninstall instructions. Customer service no. Geeks are in charge. Said should installed but speeds were much slower with this product than without. So gone back to store. Do not recommend tpdeco w4 no way!

It is really a great app,but the reason why I only gave it a 4 star is because every time I try to use the USSD and type the correct USSD code,it does not let me do it and also because when I want to change the network mode,it doesn't allow me to change into other modes and also it lags.Please respond to help me solve my problem or please fix it if it's a bug or some other problem,but still I love the app.

No better than Huawei: Got rid of my Huawei router because of constant problems with connection etc. TP-Link router worked fine for quite some time (still eats battery power) but after some recent update it went bonkers. Persistently 'Disconnected" while connected, with sudden disconnection. What gives, don't leave your customers in the dark and get this problem fixed, please!

I use smarty mobile on an m7200. There is no default apn for smarty and my attempts to create a smarty profile have failed (many permutations of settings tried). It should connect via 3 network apn but doesn't. Works fine with other networks. Any advice?

Dear Tp-Link, I have some suggetions, I think will be more elegant if Tp-Link considering Mobile Apps for Modem/Gateways routers, especially type like TL-MR3020, TL-MR3420, or etc. For portable series like MR3020 it's should have easy management to manage the router through apps rather than login into browser everything want to take action for settings, Please, I hope TP-Link will be considering this is features request. The U.I is much better than the old one but theres a redundancy that needs to be removed, such as the annoying Double Saves. Please add seperate Data Usage statistic, i want to reset my usage so i can monitor it but i also want to see how much ive been using at a weekly ans monthly basis.

When I switch the speed from 2.4 to 5 the internet disconnect and never connects unless I reset it and the changes still remind the same. What can I do ?
