TPCODL is a Power utility company. We provide electricity to 27 lacs consumers spread across 30K SQ. KM.
TPCODL Mitra enables it's consumers to seamlessly access the following features using Mobile:
1. Instant Electricity Bill Payment for TPCODL (formerly CESU) Odisha.
2. Check Power Outage in your area.
3. Complaint Registration like Bill correction, Meter Burnt, Power Cut, etc.
4. Report Power Theft in your area using this App.
5. Provision to view Bill and Payment History for the last six months.
6. Add / Manage Multiple Accounts inside Profile.
7. Report Safety Incident/unsafe condition of electrical wires or equipment in your area.
8. Verify TPCODL Employee to prohibit fraud by an unauthorized person.
9. Consumer can apply for a new connection.
10. Can view TPCODL offices.
11. Can download/view tariff-related documents.
12. Can see offer & scheme.
13. Self Meter Reading(OCR Based) to upload bill unit by just scanning electric meter by consumer by it's own and Pay electric bill instantly.
