Con Tpago envía y recibe pagos móviles al instante(1) de forma rápida y segura, entre personas afiliadas al servicio. Solo con el número de teléfono celular y el documento de identidad de la persona que recibe los fondos(2).

Este servicio está disponible en Mercantil en Línea Personas o descargando la aplicación Tpago(3) para teléfonos inteligentes y tabletas.

(1) Previa afiliación en Mercantil en Línea Personas.
(2) El beneficiario debe afiliarse al servicio en Mercantil en Línea Personas.
(3) Disponible para equipos con sistema operativo Android versión 4.0.3 en adelante.

Opciones disponibles
• Envío de pagos móviles a un móvil de forma inmediata, a la cuenta afiliada del número de celular del beneficiario.
• Consulta de pagos móviles enviados y recibidos.

Requisitos
• Afiliarte a la red Tpago en Mercantil en Línea Personas.
• Contar con un equipo móvil inteligente con sistema operativo Android.
• Tener activo el servicio de Internet y plan de datos o red WiFi.
• Tener clave telefónica. Si no la has creado o no la recuerdas, ingresa a Mercantil en Línea Personas opción Cambiar o Crear Clave Telefónica según sea el caso, ubicadas en el menú Servicios Adicionales – Gestión de Usuario y Claves.

• Send mobile payments to a mobile immediately, to the affiliate account of the beneficiary's mobile number.

Requirements
• Affiliate to the Tpago network in Mercantil en Línea Personas.
• Have a smart mobile device with an Android operating system.
• Have Internet service and data plan or WiFi network active.
• Have a telephone key. If you have not created it or you do not remember it, enter Mercantil Online People option Change or Create Phone Code as the case may be, located in the Additional Services - User Management and Keys menu.
