This App sucks!!! It needs to be up to date like the iOS app. I don't know how they are Soo different. iOS you get to see mileage and best mapping for the route before you even send it to the GPS. Talked to a couple of the reps for towbook and they don't even know why or that they are Soo different. The pics they show for the play store are from the iOS app. Allison or Danny someone needs to get these apps close to the same. makes training hard when I use an Android and new driver uses a iPhone

After reading reviews from other users, I guess my complaints won't be heard. Not here anyway. This latest update makes the camera almost unusable. I've had to use my phone's camera app, then upload the pics in Towbook. Too many steps when you're busy trying to make money.

I miss when the notifications were all sent through 1 text conversation. Now when I receive a call it filters in from one of 20 phone numbers thus far.

I think the app needs to be updated to what iphone has. It looks nice. Android got put on the back burner.

I like the concept of this app but when location tracking should only be used while the app is open. I also don't care for the notification icons especially if the app isn't even open. Also no notification sounds are working.

Excellent. Only issue I have is the map. Mobile app doesn't have driver/call locations

Still has a few glichs, slow uploading with photos. Maps doesn't work good at all half my drivers don't show up nor the tow

Put you right on the calls within a few miles it is great very handy device eliminates a lot of the paperwork
