Clock-In is an app that can be carried in your pocket and used in any place (with or without an Internet connection). The app is integrated and distributed by Carol's platform, a Data Management solution powered by TOTVS, which enables data maintenance and visualization of high valued Insights.
With this app, you can identify your employees through facial recognition, QR code or typing the person ID. All of this data is shared with Carol and can be viewed and analyzed.
Main features:
- Clock-in by static facial recognition (static photo);
- Clock-in by dynamic facial recognition (facial movements);
- Clock-in by QR code;
- Clock-in typing the person ID;
- Clock-in history on the device;
- It works without an Internet connection (all ways of clock-in);
- Allows application customization to hide unused clock-in modes;
- Enables data synchronization with Carol;
- Complete integration with Carol, allowing data analysis and generation of Insights;
- Integrated with TOTVS' main HR solutions and with Pims;
- Geolocation;
- Date/time validation in case it was changed by the user.
