Mainly a bug fix release.

1. Fixed a rare crash that could sometimes occur on the message details screen

2. Fixed a bug where videos uploaded using the media API and not added to a media library would fail to open when attached to a load

3. Fixed a bug on Android 11 and up where telephone actions would not launch the phone dialer app

4. Fixed a bug where sometimes opening a PDF in a Media Library would show a blank screen
