I had issues with sign in on two devices. With the correct ID and password, I got "request timed out". I was ironically able to sign in on a tablet with the Google play store installed. Tech support was prompt and helpful but given my location, I decided that neither the T-Mobile nor the alternative 4G Verizon coverage was suitable. The plans are good and CS is good but this app needs more frequent updates and a 2.9 star rating for an MVNO is not appropriate.

I give them two stars because only the customer service was good. other than that the service was horrible. but not only that they gave me high numbers on my usage and were not the same on my bill. I set up 2F and I was on the phone with the on chat. if I switched windows I would have disconnected with the chat. I wouldn't bother. I had high hopes for this service. but maybe it's in my but I went back my original service provider and all is well. so go for another company.

Ok app. I just have one complaint: we should be automatically logged out of the app when we change our password! Being one of the few cell phone services who offer real 2fa, a security concern like this should have been fixed years ago!!!

I wanted to switch plans but I can't even log in with this app. It "times out" after 2 seconds every time I try...

The app is extremely limited. You can basically only view your account, can't pay your bill or change anything, I don't know why they even made this app.

App does not accurately show you how much data is being used, or what apps are using how much. Pretty useless app.

No longer shows minutes used on each call. For some people this is non optional, especially when it comes to billing. Thank goodness for Google voice.
