    Admit it, you don't know how to fix it. Same broken junk.Feb 25 same Feb 16 - Nope ! Worse.Screen lock on launch.Reboot to recover! Oct worse if possible! Nothing fixed. locks k/b so app needs force-closed.10/7 pff. 8/28 same junk.A total JOKE. 8/20 / 8/18 fixed nothing.Asks for number.Doesn't allow paste.Seriously! Leaves k/b on screen when app dismissed.Need to launch a real app to cancel k/b.Maybe TEST app before release! Radical,I know.We'll be waiting, y'know, out here in the 21st century.

    Complete waste of time. You download the app to top up, but then are sent back to a website. When you go to another app and return, your place is lost. Then when you transact, it just hangs forever. What is it about phone companies and technology? You can quickly see that phone companies are not run by technologists! They are run by suits that don't know a thing about tech! And no I won't visit your facebook page or restart the app.

    average, the app would not refresh for over 2 weeks in one month so I could not track my minutes, I ended up with a bill that was double what it should have been!!! Did try and contact customer services but was on hold so long I gave up. forgot to call back to discuss by then figured it was too late to discuss. thought I had put a cap on it, should be automatic. presumed I hadn't gone over as could still ring out, £30 later!!! 22/7/21 - still unreliable!!

    Terrible app. The app should work using both WiFi or mobile data. And I think it should work if you have data or not. I struggle to buy data because I can't login. I really don't know how they expect me to navigate on the app with no data. And the phone service is terrible. 😡😡😡. Just really waiting for the contract to finish to move to another provider.

    Always seems to be problem logging in. Cannot find the information about my contract and billing that I need. The main purpose of the app seems to be to sell stuff to their customers, but the best available offers are not always on the app, but targeted at new users on third party websites. Treating your customers like mugs is not a great idea in the long run. Also...if you scroll down through all the reviews the majority rating is one star ....so how come the app is given a 4.6 ?????

    Absolute rubbish just been prompted to update now cant even access the app asking for number, password and email address should be a simple experience, used to be. Update:Still a load of rubbish, why would the old app work over the 4g network I pay for but now its asks me to connect to WiFi to perform a simple task. As prompted meet the new ruined three app.

    Garbage. Utter tripe. I'm trying to develop a website and it's blocking me logging in with some adult filter even though it's nothing to do with adult content then insisting on giving cc details. I've tried to use the three app and it wants me to use WiFi to get started. The irony is I don't have WiFi as I use my mobile as sole source Internet. Tripe.

    My experience with the staff of 3 is good, but the promises made about improving the network and Data have not materialised. My signal is poor and my Data is weak. I was told last week that all would be sorted with the local transmitter by Tuesday but there has been no improvement at all. I have been experiencing this problem since March and I have spoken to numerous staff during this time both live and live chat.

    App Works well, great layout with all the information you need. I upgraded my contract with ease using the app and had no issues. I've been a Three customer for almost a decade and in my personal experience the coverage has been great. Off-peak speeds are fantastic on 4G but if you could hurry with the 5G rollout in South Cornwall that would be great!

    Good app, previous look was in my opinion better, but the reason it's not 5 stars is that it takes some time to open the app even though It's being ran on a phone with an 8-core cpu, 8gb ram (s10) so no excuses. I would suggest implementing a feature that caches the state of you fully terminating the app so that it's much quicker when executed/ran after process terminated.
