I've been customer of Three for many years, I like the net, it's working for my needs absolutely fine. Just the experience with their app and Web pages is totally different. So unintuitive, so hard to find what you want, complicated as hell. And in the end you are not able to do what you want. For example, can't switch from PAYG to Pay Monthly it's just impossible. App doesn't support easy way to top up. How to unblock parental content control? No idea. It needs to be redone from the scratch.


Started experiencing issues with this app three weeks ago. It kept reverting to my opening balance allowance of over a year ago. Was told by 3 technical support to uninstall the app, and load a link they'd send me. Did exactly what they asked, and now I have nothing, and no way to check my balance. They've tried to remedy the matter several times, but to no avail. Being overseas and not having the facility to check my data balance is totally unacceptable. Very poor show from 3.


App does not work, just like their network. ...Connecting to three... They seem to be having serious issues lately. Will be in central London, full bars, and nothing loads. Everyone else on ee O2 ect gets data, three is at the bottom of the priority queue. Its not a "feeling" it's a fact. If you spent more time sorting your stuff out instead of replying to every piece of criticism. The network and app might actually work!


Recently it keeps on telling me that there is some connection issue (Error 111). I can't retrieve updated info about allowance or bills, for example. I have tried the old fix suggested for every pain, aka reboot your phone. But It doesn't fix it. Tried deleting the cache: nothing. Tried cleaning the whole app storage: nothing, and now I have the app as it were just installed, but it can't go through the initial setup for the same connection issue. It's definitely a server side issue Nice. Anyway you can fix it or help with it?


What a rubbish app, it very rarely works, always the same connection issues such as error 114. So 3 appear to be doing work in my area, and have been since I've had the app (long time). I wouldn't mind but I only installed so I could quickly pay my bill each month, bloody moronic company, well if you pay peanuts you get monkey's!


App is absolutely useless to me as I live in an area with no signal and as it doesn't allow me to use WiFi, nothing in the app ever loads. It's incredibly annoying and surely by now Three should've found a way for the app to work with WiFi, just like every other network app on this planet. Rant over. @Mark@Three I've got the latest updated version and it still doesn't work. Before you ask me to reinstall the app, I've already done that and still asking me to turn off WiFi. Like I said, useless


I'm unable to see how many minutes, text and data I have used each month. It keeps giving a message that "there isn't any info of what you have used in the past just yet. Check back after you've had your first bill" but I have been with you for over 2 decades. Now after reinstalling it isn't working at all. Now after launching the app a message says something has gone funny. Give us a minute and try to restart your phone and try again. Done that and nothing happened.


The app just doesn't work anymore. I've been setup on the app for probably 5 years, but it's telling me 'let's get set up' and then proceeds to do nothing and never connects. Its usually a waste of space even when it is working anyway. I usually have to go onto their website to check what I want regardless.


No support for an app that doesn't work for me It doesn't load up and stays on the screen 'Welcome let's get set up' screen. The Three Store's response was to delete and reinstall the app, which had no effect. I have an up to date device, the latest app version, and am registered on the Three site. The online support suggestion was to call the tech support, but there is no option on their convoluted phone line for this issue. After 10 minutes of trying to find the correct option, I gave up.


Seeing "something funny happened"? Read this! Had a Nightmare setting this app up on my galaxy s10 (android 9) but saw a tip to disable 'private dns' in connection settings and it worked first time. Zero help from 3 but considering I got nothing in the way of advice or assistance from them when switching contracts, I'm not surprised.
