    When I open app it says welcome to beta it asks for mobile number then password not asked before .if I go on 3 network search engine I can go straight into account and bills their a problem with the app

    web Good app when I have managed to use it, but it seems to be the norm to me that whenever I do occasionally go to use it I am greeted with the let's get started stage and I have to wait for things to install and initialize etc...I'm sure they would tell me that it's nessesary security updates but it's the only app that I have this problem with

    three As a payg customer, the primary feature I expect of this app is a quick and painless top-up when I'm out of credit. You have gone out of your way to design the worst possible UX for this simple process. What is the point in a native android app that forces me to navigate an embedded webpage as an anonymous user and re-enter my card details from scratch for every single top-up?

    three days of christmas IMPROVING! - Sadly this app used to stuggle to start after installation and even on a brand new unrooted phone (Blackview BV6100) running android 9 PIE after repeated installation, cache clearing and removal. I gave it another try some days back & can report some good news as app seems to have been sorted (updated?) and is stable now - hence the score from 3 to 4 stars..

    three days grace The latest update broke the app and I can no longer get in... Please fix this. Update: I did try to delete all data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone. Nothing works! Update: it was because I was abroad. I was unable to ever login until I returned to UK, and I got charged extra because I was not able to check my internet usage and ended up spending more. I increased the rating to four stars (from one), but please be more careful in the next upgrade! :)

    three little birds I hate topping up. Slow, cumbersome, with "traps" that send you back to the start. It says you are logged in when you are not, making you manually enter mobile and card details to top up; every single time. So you tap elsewhere to properly log in. Even then, you can buy a add-on through top up, but you cannot top up through add-on. Get it right, or back to the start with you. Then there is the random feedback pop up which again, can send you back to the start... Absolutely infuriating.

Asks for phone number to setup everytime, all permissions it wants granted, tells me "I'm connected", and needs a few taps to get going, then "Connecting to Three" (despite having been told "I'm connected" already). Big pause and spinner followed by "something's gone funny". Full signal and full WiFi connection. WiFi turned on & off no difference. App diag says "Unknown". Extended has X for Credit (125), PAYG Add-ons (111) Price List (111) Ticks for Headers (OK) and Roaming (OK).

    three star club This app is absolutely awful! Can never get on to it, it never loads properly when you do eventually get on, always says it's occurred a problem and I've never been able to access my bill on it either the whole time I've had it. Have updated the app and it won't even let me on to it at all now! Tried accessing the website and it's being updated so can't even get on that at the moment either. Would not recommend this app at all.

    three corners sea beach resort I don't feel I can give this app a fair review. I've downloaded it twice over the last few weeks, and as I have a dual SIM device, and it won't work with it I honestly cannot comment on how useful the app could be to someone else. Unfortunately the Play Store requires a review. Apologies to the developers, been there it sucks. But it won't do what it's required to do. With a single SIM device it's probably beautiful, but I don't have a single SIM device. If this could work properly on a dual SIM device I'd probably love it, but it doesn't so I can only give it the lowest rating. Edit : The 3 SIM is in slot 2, as this is intended as a backup number to my contract provider. I have found a temporary work around at least with Honor 8S, by setting default mobile data to SIM 2. With this setting I can now connect the 3 app, before all that I got was a message saying wrong SIM, or something like that. Now I can give a more honest rating.

    three sixty vodka Useless app that doesn't work. When I try and set up the app, it waits for a few minutes then says "somethings gone funny, try restarting your phone". I've done that, didn't help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't help. The app is awful. It was working at one point previously with only intermittent faults and bugs, but now it is totally unusable.

    Worse service provider app ever, works only on mobile data. DOES NOT WORK ON WIFI . So if you need to check your balance you need to spend money to check your balance , Ha ha ha. When I contacted customer service team they gave me silly reasons every next time I called them why it does not work on wifi. Two reason were coz they said mobile data is secure , mobile data gives real time values which I tried with Mobile data was not even real time values.

    Update: Did you actually bother reading my review Stephie? It states that I ALREADY uninstalled and reinstalled. "Connecting to Three... this might take a minute" should more accurately read "Connecting to Three... this might take forever". Review: Was never a great app but before I could at least check my balance. Opened today and it said it doesn't recognise my SIM. SIM hasn't changed. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. App wants to "setup" but always fails after a few minutes. Useless.

    This app continues to be complete garbage. Despite all the "we're listening" messages and customer surveys, mine continues to falsely list my PAYG credit as a frozen negative number. The only way to get the truth is to use the website, which is very mobile unfriendly but at least not as redundant as this disaster of an app.

    Would be 5 star's as I've never had a problem with the app, but while I was in Europe I got a message to let me know I could use a maximum of 20gb of data while roaming for free as part of my contract and I've found there's no way for you to check how much of that 20gb you've used on your app. If you could add a 4th section under allowances that shows you how much of your roaming data is left each month I believe this would be very helpful for everyone and I would change my rating to 5 stars!

    Doesn't work, very slow system, if you want bad service you come to the right place, just use the web interface at least that works, but all information you need aren't clear and well hidden, even live customer ain't supportive, a company built on false advertisement and gets always with it. 5G? You can't even get 4g let only 3g right.

    I've had enough of this crowd; I've had a problem with the 'Control Your Spending' blocks for what must be 12 months and I'm still unable to set these blocks! I've reported these problems over and over again, provided screens of the errors and still no fix! I'm now on a 12wk shielding due to COVID—19 and I cannot confirm a PayPal payment because I'm unable to release the blocks which I set months ago, so the payment will fail! I cannot contact them because they've shutdown due to COVID—19!

    Cannot connect and have no idea why. Obviously done an update and now I get the let's get started message. The app comes up with an error and suggests restart. This makes no difference. Very annoying as cannot check data left or next bill. Not impressed to say the least.

    Used the previous version for years with very few problems. Upgraded to the latest version and now it simply fails to open. It tells you to wait a minute but several minutes later login fails. Totally rubbish. I have 4 contracts, same problem on all my phones. Poor software!

    "Connecting to Three, this may take 5 months" is a more accurate loading text. It's almost impossible to login, every time it just errors out. Following from my last review, it took a whopping FIVE MONTHS before I could login, only for topups to repeatedly fail. The best part is, the app will randomly glitch and display a "SIM changed" error when you haven't changed SIM then automatically log you out. Looks like I'll have to wait another 5 months. It's almost as if Three DOESN'T want customers.

    Installed after three attempts. Now in a loop telling me something has gone wrong. UPDATE - After three online chats I eventually spoke to someone in second line support who resolved the installation difficulties and the App is now working flawlessly. It was not an easy task to find someone who knew what they were doing, but once I was talking to second line support, who do not appear to be inhibited by having to follow a script, my problems were solved. Note to 3 - your people want to help, you need to let them do it.

    Totally worthless. Okay, not totally, but it only works when there's no WiFi and it can update over mobile data. I'm not about to switch off WiFi just to check my allowances, so it's no use to me. Seriously, I've never come across such a basic design flaw in an app before and it's making me question whether Three is even worth staying with.

    Three are supposed to be a tech company and yet their flagship app barely, if ever works. First it makes you disconnect from WiFi -for no good reason- only to time out after a 5 min wait. On the few occasions it "works", it shows you your account info etc whose values are almost always entirely wrong. It used to occasionally work as designed in the past, but has been utterly useless now for 4+ months.

    Every time I try to login I need to verify my email so I enter it but it comes up with error sending email. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again but the same thing keeps happening.

    Just tried again and followed every recommended fix. It's still as useless as it has been for some time. Can't even topup on the three website now, as it doesn't recognised my password and wont allow me to reset it. Only option to topup is with a store voucher. Never had this problem with Vodafone. And no, don't ask me to contact you on social mefia, just fix the useless app.

    Appalling app and it won't connect. Tried restarting as it says there's no connection but every other app on my phone works fine. I don't see the point of it at all. Almost every review says the same. Why not just fix the app? Off to giffgaff I go.

    The app is so buggy and temperamental, it's actually quite funny. My allowance is due to refresh 3 years ago (2017), and today, the app says my SIM card has been changed. Sometimes I just open it when I'm feeling down, and as soon as it makes its first mistake, o perk right up again!

    Absolutely appalling app. No longer recognises that I am a Three customer and tries to set me up as a new account every time I try to use it. At least it's forced me to discover that using the website is far quicker and easier for topping up and buying add-ons. It's really not good enough for such a big company. Uninstalled.

    No longer works - has not worked for me for months. Guys in India don't even seem to be aware of this, despite multiple customer reviews saying the same, that the app does not connect after a fresh install. Let's say you do a fresh install. You get the connect now screen. Then the rotating blue circle which rotates for several minutes before an error message and an offer to obtain pointless diagnostic info. No difference if cache cleared. But you know this (Developers) as others say the same.

    I have been with 3 for many years now. They provide good service for a reasonable price. Yet what I don't understand is how incompetent they PM and developer is when it comes to the app. I still standby my comment that you CAN'T use the app on when you are on your WiFi??? You have to use their network. Next the app simply does not work, it takes my number and just keep loading and say it takes a min. It is one of the worst designed and worst executed app on the market.

    No manual login Wanted to use this app to top-up my son's SIM card. I am not on three myself so the app won't let me do anything Edit: thanks for the response, but what does it add? Why do you need a three sim to use the app? Please feed back to your devs that ppl want to manage a three sim on another phone using this app, assuming it's actually easier than just using the website. Edit, tried again, still doesn't work. Removed a star!

    Of course I reinstalled it a few times. Before I wrote the review, I made sure to read existing reviews and the advice you provided. Are you suggesting that in order to access my data, bills and profile I have to create a Twitter account?!?! That's not what I expected when installed a Three network Android app. Plus, your customer service over the phone tends to take 15minutes of holding on the line. Plus, the advice given over the phone doesn't always aligns with the terms and conditions. Bad.

    Too many good reviews, very missleading. The app always crashes or barely loads. When the app finally decides to open your information, it says that its not connected to the Internet and cannot refresh. Wish I could also comment on the Three company itself, but thats another horrible,long story. I have reinstalled, cleared cache, and nothing works. Called customer service, not helpful, tell you to go into store. And what are the employees meant to help you with? They do the same things you've already done before. Three needs to seriously step up.

    UPDATE: Not all your customers are idiots and some like myself don't subscribe to data scraping social media apps, hence having to rely on under trained chat support staff. Installed, uninstalled, rebooted repeatedly and the app just stalls when setting up (on more than one device). Chat help a complete waste of time as support person knew less about the app than I do and decided a password reset for my online account would fix it. Uninstalled until either grown ups write a proper app or Chatline personnel are trained properly rather than clutch at straws and go down blind alleys when the script they're working to doesn't provide the answer.

    Wow-can only use in data mode-?? Why not wifi-?? (You state that you're rolling this out in stages for android-??-Will that be this year or three-?-!!) App also abit useless where I live-not ONE mobile company has good coverage here-(literally an 18m strip)-and I know-have tried 'em all (Samsung wifi calling is an absolute godsend-!!) Also if I ever managed to get on it in this app-my god is it slow-shame really for such a massive company shouting from the rooftops about their network-AND APP-!!

    Options control your spending is automatically switch off. Even I set bloc text phone or data out my allowance. My wife is in three and was charged extra huge bils when we used broadband in UE. Few months early by call center we blocked any extra charge. When manually I try now switch on block options is every time information ,, technical problems please trying later,, Rubbish app. And rubbish network. Customer to long with 3

    This app is utterly useless. In February 2020 it tells me my data allowance will reset on 25/12/19 (52 days ago). A forced refresh does nothing. My data usage statistics never change so i can never have any idea of when i am reaching my data limit. I have updated the app ever time one is offered, but nothing changes! Edit - just updated the app and it now works. Data usage, is now up to date. The app thought i had a new sim, which i didn't. Operates at the speed of glaciation, though.

    I don't remember when was the last time I was able to use this app. Constant error and I can't even get an access toy bills! My services are poor, reception barely 3 bars, internet slower than public Wi-fi and CS all the time ask me to reset internet settings. I have been a customer from 2012. 8 years and last year has been the worst I ever had with Three!

    At times I struggle to get back on using this app. I get " it looks like you have changed your sim card " or similar.. I can tell you now that I HAVEN'T put a different sim card in my phone since getting it a year ago .. what's going on @3..? I have no VPN in use or a dns set up when I use this app. Yes I have restarted my phone to. Advice please..

    samsung upgraded my phone to android 10 and this normally reliably unreliable app throws a wobbler. the o/s is new not the sim ... the sim is the same as it's been since i got this phone. i will be leaving three as soon as i find a better deal when my 12 month sim-o deal ends. 18/02/2020: Yes... tried unin-reinstalling the app before the -ve review. makes no difference.

    Doesn't work. I've tried to set the app up numerous times now but keep getting a "something went funny" error. Which isn't helpful no funny? Worst app I've seen from a network provider. Yes. I have a "My Three" account. And your app still doesn't work. Please stop treating your users like we're stupid.

    Have reinstalled several times and can't get into the app, keeps asking me to set up again, stays on the loading screen then fails. Can't even log in to 3 online because I can't remember the password and the service I get with 3 is awful so whenever I try to do a password change the text message won't come through, would not recommend.

    Since I've had the phone this app only worked once its been 2 years. It never works. I have deleted it many times put it back on ghe phone, turned my phone on and off but the problem has never been fixed.

    Rubbish.... still! "Connecting to three.This might take a minute"...or a year...or two.Can't believe this error is not fixed yet, pathetic in 2020. Unin and rein won't help me or anyone else as you know dear developer, because the app is faulty.Plus I cba tba, it's not important to me.Just get it fixed is the best way forward for you, also don't reply a stupid reply, especially when the review is very recent and bad.The reviewer is likely to already be irate, so you will only annoy them more.

    Since updating it recently, this app continuously fails to get pass the setup page. A Three representative also got me to change my password in an attempt to get in. Another case of a company and/ or its developers tinkering with a working app. I don't understand why I was required to go through a new setup process. A very annoyed and dissatisfied user. Tried uninstalling etc. As per developer response and still doesn't want to go past the login screen.

    The new update is not that good anymore because If you want to top up by using this app on your phone you can't Because it takes you to the homepage on the 3 website , So what the point of having the top up button on this app. So i would love to give this app 5 stars but the 3 Network keeps having problems as well. Down here in West Sussex The signal is terribleYou can only get 2 bars if we are lucky. So can you please boost the signal To the max or send us a 5G SIM card With This number

    Terrible. App won't even set up. Reports a non 3 Sim card and option to set up is greyed out. I have a EE sim in the phone but I want to manage my Three data router with phone. Surely in 2020 this should be possible?! I tried the private DNS dodge to on and tried reinstalling app, tried using mobile data etc etc. Nothing works. Wasted hours. Please don't reply with some patronising message saying you are sorry, & you will pass it on. Post the solution here. This problem has been going on ages.

    Never refreshes. Not good as wanted to check when contract finished because phone will not charge. App just kept saying just a second but information wasn't available so had to phone up. Update, deleted and reinstalled does work but shouldn't have to. I have had to do this on a number of ocassions now.

    EDIT - The installation problem is caused by Private DNS setting. Have it set to Off until the app has installed and the setup process has completed. Apologies for my initial gripe 👍 SORT THIS BLOODY APP! First two weeks of my contract the app worked fine, now for the past week I'm having the problems everyone else is having. Your suggestions do not work, and neither does the app. Surely after the many weeks people have been complaining you should have sorted it out by now.

    Cannot use the app because it's not checking both SIM slots before deciding if a 3sim card is present (BTW it is, in SIM slot 2!). All apps referencing SIM cards should interpret all sim slots available on every phone, not just look at the first SIM slot. I have emailed the development team. Thanks.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Blokada could be what breaks it when installing an update! I too had problems with the app sticking at setup after updating - fixed when asked by the helpdesk to reset APN and networking defaults (lost my list of WiFi and Bluetooth connections) but it still has issues when Blokada is active! Original review: Does the job, tries to be fun, has a couple of nice extras like the bubble game.

    I had previously rated the app as good but due to trying to install it on a new phone and to be stuck in an endless loop trying to select not using or giving my data to other parties and it just asking me the marketing question over and over I deleted my old good rating. I would give it no stars but that isn't possible :(

    There is a problem in the app. It doesn't work. It constantly gives me an "Error 116". I Installed the app, turned on the mobile data, started the setup, then the blue circle moves for few minutes with no results. I tried many solutions (reinstalling, restarting the phone, clearing cache, etc.) with no luck.

    Cannot be setup overseas rendering my only option of seeking support from Three to call their customer services line, which is 100% automated and costing me a small fortune from Canada. My 'Data Passport' cannot be purchased, yet I can't seek help aside from via an app which cannot be setup? Utterly useless. Why would you set up a network where the passport is an advertised feature only for the support for it to be seriously lacking?

    Abysmal. Can't even log in without having to retry a 100 times. Each setup takes about 3 minutes and never works. Also the topup system is garbage in 2020. Really shoddy system which reflects their dysfunctional website as well.

    No longer works, I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled numerous times and it still doesn't work. Whatever you did in the last update broke the the app. You need to roll the app back to the last functional version and test your updates thoroughly before you release them.

    Have reinstalled twice, still doesn't connect. An error comes through. Tbh 3 internet service is not the best. Have been with three since 2009, probably will go to another provider once my contract matures.

    How can this app still be unusable 2 years after. It really deserves one star it never ever updates unless you clear data and spend half an hour trying to connect the app again some days you can't even accomplish this. Broken completely it's been broken for yes actually years and on multiple phones it claims to have updated -figures months ago after telling you it just updated successfully. Seriously fix this app or I'm switching I'm absolutely sick off having to use the automated voice thing to even top up.

    Can't remember the last time the app opened the online chat is very slow in responding hard work and painful as it takes 2/3/4 times for the people the other side of the chat to read or understand... Definitely the worst app on the market

    App works now but I cant see my wifi bill only my phone bill & when I go online & try view my wifi it still doesn't come up. How do I add my wifi to the 3 app please? Update: i have a phone contract, 2 sim contracts & a wifi contract with 3g & the only bill i can see or view in the app is my phone contract! Can you please add all customer bills in the app? Its time consuming logging in to different accounts for each contract

    Every time I go on the App, it says " looks like you've got a new SIM " and it says it'll wipe my data. I go ahead, and it then says "failed" I have to de install the app and re install every time, just to get information. Hopeless

    The service is poor and not available most days, signal drops off without warning and no explanation is given. Reaching customer service is hard and tedious with little or no help in resolving issues raised. Basically paying for a service that in most cases not accessible.

    The app is and has always been a pain. Now with the update it won't even connect to Three. Even after reinstalling twice. It should be ZERO stars. After all the App won't even start. Sack the App team and bring in a whole new start beginning with User Interface

    Absolute nightmare trying to "Control Spending"- switching block on or off in the app. This has persisted for months. Have had to resort to visiting a 3 Store or support to make the changes for me. Even this is hit and miss as to the changes being made!

    This app is great when you call to usa, canada, and some European countries,BUT when i use it to call to asian countries like south and central asian countries its not working properly or even you can't hair their voices. Thanks for your time and listening.

    Has never worked for dual SIM devices and this new version is no better unless you set the Three SIM as the default. As soon as you switch it back the app stops working again. Samsung S20+.

    It used to work fine but over the last one month or so I cannot log in any more. Talked to help desk who couldn't help each time I asked them. Fed up with Three.

    This app has always been great, but recently I haven't been able to access it, or pay my bill. Please sort it, it would normally be a 5* but this has been a real hindrance as I have not yet been able to pay my bill!! This makes me stressed 😩😩🤦

    Since updating I can longer get beyond the setup screen (as raised by other users) PLUS + Have not had a decent signal for years meaning having to use wi-fi for indoor calls which is totally unacceptable As my agreed contract end date was 2nd Feb I will be looking for another provider 3 are a bag of . . . 💩

    I've been with 3 mobile for years now and never had a problem . The only thing I can complain about is that the call center is in Indian and some of the time have difficulty in understanding each other. I would recommend 3mobile to everyone there's no other network that can beat them for price and offer what 3 offers.

    Rubbish app. Put all my details in, got to the "let's get set up" page, it says none 3 sim card, pressed, start set up button, nothing happens, uninstalled and reinstalled, Same again. Give up.

    Unable to access the app since the update. I cannot get passed the setup page. Ridiculous. Update: I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and now it's working. Only 3 stars as shouldn't really have to do this.

    Excellent. Update. There you go. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Why did you have to 'Fix' it. Doesn't work at all now, even when WiFi turned off. Save yourself some time and use your browser to access your account.

    You can update your plan through this app ONLY if you wish to pay more. You cannot select one that is cheaper than the one you already have (in fact there is no choice, they just suggest an upgrade).

    Terrible As others have noted, the app cannot remain current and you get messages like allowance will reset 26 days ago. Contacted support, their answer is to reinstall the app. Reinstalling the app monthly Ridiculous I should have to do this

    App on android 10 won't work, keeps saying try again. When I go online to create account it won't accept my email says error. Can't do anything when comes to looking at my account not registration working. I'll give three a ring to get this sorted.

    Stupid app. I have mobile internet from three, so my sim card is in my dongle . On my phone I have different provider. This stupid app does not let me check my3 account because I don't have a three sim card in my phone.

    Doesnt work... I have reinstalled 5times!!! Wont work. "Connecting to three, this night take a minute" takes hours... literally left it and left for a presentation... didnt work.. asked me to restart my phone.. did that, still didnt work.

    I would love to be able to give a good rating for this app however I have been trying to down load it for 4 weeks now and still not able to check usage, bills etc. Please get your act together as it is now this app is proving useless.

    I have 2 SIMs in my phone, the Three SIM is in the second position. When I run the app it tells me there is no Three SIM available and refuses to run any further.

    It crashes everytime I try to load the app. Everytime I try to login into the app it says that it's no connection even if I'm connected to wifi or I have a mobile data plan. Not happy at all

    Used to work fine. Now with an 'update' it appears nobody can get on the app. Well done. Oh and i have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted cache etc. Nothing changed. Still cant open

    Worst costumer service ever! Always thought to people that are from abroad and either they can't understand you or you can't understand them. Never happy to solve your problems and always rude. This is my last contract with Three and will be more than happy to leave as soon as possible
