    Complete waste of time. You download the app to top up, but then are sent back to a website. When you go to another app and return, your place is lost. Then when you transact, it just hangs forever. What is it about phone companies and technology? You can quickly see that phone companies are not run by technologists! They are run by suits that don't know a thing about tech! And no I won't visit your facebook page or restart the app.

    I would give this app and this provider 0 if I could! It is unreal how bad this is, this has to be a world record of some sort. First I loose all my prepaid credit, then I top up and it doesn't go through, still they charge me. I download the new app, register, still can't login. Then I spend 4 days trying to get to customer support, they say wait a week for the account registration, and a week later still the same issue. This is a cruel joke at this point...

    Their plans are nice but their app is not. Bought their international roaming sim from Delhi airport. after one month when i wanted to recharge it it asked me for a uk address for my Indian debit card. Wanted to get the same plan that I got initially but looks like very hard to navigate through their site or app. Inspite of the fact that their plan is very nice not worth the headache. Fire your IT guys. Looks like they are not that gr8 at their job.

    I've been using the 3 app for years now and have recently switched phones. After downloading & launching the app on my new phone, I got stuck on the email verification. Wouldn't take any of my actual email accounts until I made one up and now I'm stuck in a perpetual "verify email" loop with no option to change it or log in. Useless to me now.

    I open the app, enter my three phone number, and the "enter" button does not work. Nothing happens, I've tried every format possible, nothing happens. I literally cannot use your app. App also crashed 5 times beforehand because I was attempting to use my keyboards paste function. Given your other recent reviews, looks like you need a stability/functionality update ASAP. I've downloaded both apps. The app I'm reviewing is the one I'm having trouble with (the one with white background)

    Tried to update the app and now can't get past the upgrade notice and can't get into the app to check my balance etc. Please fix this asap. I have replaced the stars now that the issue is resolved. Thank you very much . Sorry to say that , yet again, I can't get into the app because the security code is not being generated in spite of twice contacting live chat and following their instructions. Can you fix this please.? Thanks

    This was a good application but recently as I changed or upgraded to a new price plan the monthly charge does not come up at all or for the whole year. For some reason it went over my agreed contract price and I'm not happy about this system at all. There needs a bit of investigating on this matter. Because my trust in three has been broken. It's not right to suddenly change the price plan that I did not agree to. The app doesn't mention what I'm paying for the whole year. Why?

    Easy to use, new to three and love this idea of having simple quick access when u need it , I cant understand why people are complaining..undated 7/11/21 upgrade my contract to stay with 3 and give this app 10/10 can't see why so many are having problems

    Latest update has NOT fixed problem! Still unable to buy Top-Up via Debit/Credit Card. The App loads as far as the 'select amount page', but only the top part of the page loads and what is displayed has text overlapping and jumbled up. Have again had to resort to the inconvenience buying a Top-Up Voucher.
