I have been unable to turn on blocking of calls & texts, outside my allowances, in this app, as I get a report there is a technical issue. If I log into my account online, it shows blocking is on, but the app reports it is off. I was concerned that I would inadvertently incur extra charges. As a last resort I have now put a zero cap on my account, but I should not have to do this. I have reinstalled this app three times, without any resolution of this problem. Although, I would be still happy to recommend Three, to my friends and family, this app would get zero stars, if I could.


what a joke. Can't get past the setup screen because of "non three sim card" error. Well I bought the sim in a three store and it's working fine. But I can't setup the app. Customer service wouldn't help either after chatting for an hour and having another call on the phone. Reinstalling the app doesn't work. Worst customer service on earth..


Well, this app is full of bug. First of all, it does not load up, everytime when you open the app, you have to set I up again and again....The last time I could check my internet allowance was the days ago, since then, I couldn't as the app refuses to let me in and update it for me....comparing to other providers, this app is far behind with the competitors.... Sad as 3 is a good network you just have to kind of change and rethink the whole application as it's been like this ages ago..


Update had broken the app. Now I cannot connect and get my account details. If it isn't the network down, it's the app. Beginning to they ever leaving EE - at least their stuff actually worked. Edit: I have tried to log on to my My3 account (which I had already registered for and we using) as suggested, but it does not recognise my password and the password reset does nothing. So I have no access to my account. Cr@p.


It could be a good app – if it worked. But it never does. Every time I need to check something, it gets stuck on load, not to mention a weird requirement to be on mobile data. Topping up through the app is a nightmare, it just loads the same page as online but shittier, which is quite an achievement since the online top up is a terrible experience already. And to add to the misery when you're out of credit the app sure won't load at all so you have to go through the website anyway. Just fix it.


Used to be fine, functional with inconsistent UX that would lead through web portals. Now it can't connect to the network at all. Even after a reinstallation, cache and data clear, and phone restart it can't register with network. Time to use SMS verification instead. This clearly isn't working for a lot of people.

Try: Checking the connection ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED Reload Details Check your Internet connection Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems or other network devices you may be using. I found that it is down to the poor local signal quality geographically. Still got problems after 2200 hours most nights. Usually ok day daytime if not foggy. WiFi has no internet is new problem. Trying a taller aerial.


6 months on and I still can't get past the initial setup screen which always fails 'connecting to Three'. I have even changed phones during this period. I'm in the UK, on a strong 4G signal, Wi-Fi disabled, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, granted every permission the app requests and it still fails. There is a major bug with your app and I find it astonishing that it hasn't been addressed yet!


I have been with 3 for 3 years and now when I click on it I get a message which says please click here to set up, this will take a minute. I click on it and it won't load. Been like this for a week. I like to keep check on my account and usage which I can't do. I'm nor giving you any stats because this is so frustrating


The app use to work until the newest update, now I cannot get passed the startup screen. I have been a three customer for a very long time and have recently taken out a new a contract which I now regret as three have progressively got worse since. Barely have network coverage since it went down the other month.


Bad App, it just doesn't work since the last update, I try to set it up and it tells me "somethings gone funny" I'm in a good 4G area using a samsung S9 and yes I've tried restarting my phone. Useless! One day i'm hoping you make an app that actually works! It's just one problem after another.


When is the version that allows you to check stuff over WiFi instead of the mobile data network coming out. Your press release said it would be soon in Aug 2019. The mobile data network is sketchy indoors here, I usually have to go outdoors when I should be able to check in comfort. Laura, I just installed the latest edition, it's still won't check, still looking for mobile network. I reached out Laura, the guy on FB said it's not out for Android yet. Give me a shout when it is. Doesn't really work, never really has. Been a three customer for years on payg and contract plans and the app has never been able to tell me what my next bill is or when it's due. Just brings up errors and always has for the 5 or so years I've been with three. The only part of the app that seems to work is the bit that advertises ways you can spend more money with three. There's no reason to download the app, just use the mobile site


This app is fine. But three network is getting worse, unusable in london .mostly crowded areas like stations,shopping centres, they says they are building biggest 5G network. But most part of london they cannot give 3G signal . Complained many time . Finally took them to ombudsmen sort the problem. Them end up pay back the money.


Ever since a recent update, the app just gets stuck loading. It was pretty useful before that though. Edit Uninstalling a reinstalling fixed it. Overall it's a pretty useful app that lets me check my data and other contract details. Thankfully it doesn't use any data to connect to the app.


Three network was really good before but now its going down slowly you will have network problem and data problem etc. I'm a three customer from last 4 years so I got experience about this network price going up just because they got enough customer now but it might go down anytime if people get good offer with other network and this app load for long sometime and then it will say something went wrong before you become a three customer know about this network properly 👍


App simply doesn't work. Fresh install on a new phone, open the app and it tries to connect to Three, and tells me 'something's gone funny'. If it told me what went wrong I could at least try to sort it, but no. Please don't reply with a bunch of emojis..

Very poor, can't get passed the let's get started screen even but I was already logged in until a few days ago. I am not connected to Wi-Fi. I tried to get on to see when my bill was due and still can't get on now my payment has bounced. Get it sorted


Great app but it would but there are times where there is a big issue with unable to connect even though the network it's self works perfectly To improve it I would like to see ability to add home WiFi for example to check bills and keep track on how much spending has been done on the account


Just downloaded the app and it tells me to turn on data to set up. I however don't have a data plan and only use WiFi. It didn't let me finish setting up and therefore is completely useless. Very disappointing service from 3.


Never connects. Don't waste your time. WiFi is off, good strength 4g, cleared the cache. Plain, simple, doesn't work. Why not just make a wrapper around your webpage? Would work for everyone, over WiFi.


Trying to make the App work on a Galaxy J5 ... all fine till we get to the "Welcome lets get set up" message and it just hangs there. I also want to use it to support my wife's phone (also on 3) which I suspect it will not do. She has a Nokia 3310 which she uses occasionally for email, but it is not an Android or iOS phone, so the 3-App doesn't work. Though 3 seems to be quite good as a provider, its software and web interface is slow/poor.


Yet another app from yet another mobile company that doesn't work with dual-sim mobile phones. Faithfully reports it finds a "non-3" sim card installed and blocks, despite one of the sim cards totally being a contracted "3" sim. Genius.


Can not get app to work all I get is error please try again later. Wasted over an hour talking to different people uninstalled app 5 times, reloaded it still does not work and all you get from online chat is don't worry we will sort it for you. Yeah right!!!


Good, but why so slow? It updates very slowly. Also, on 22nd afternoon, it still says it will be updated "on 22nd, in 1 day". It is already 22nd... Confusing... I always clear the data and cache. Still SLOW.


It works, most of the time. And it's certainly not the worst design I've seen for a provider's management app. It's definitely gonna be usable by most - not sure about my grandparents, though.

Just changed phone to Samsung A50. Only able to update data usage by restarting phone. Data usage only updates one time after restart. Have to restart device again to check data usage. Have tried reinstalling app but problem persists.


can't get passed the lets get set up screen..just spins and shows the buffer spinner then says try again later...nice..what a waist of space this app is..best to ring 444 and top up that way as well this is down and out for the count..unreal.


Data usage chart would be useful if this was live figure showing what has been used so far not just updated at the end of the month. Reporting issues function doesn't always work, network is poor best of times.


I have deleted this app because it wouldn't load up. Tried both connected to my Wi-Fi and using 3 network. Thought if I uninstalled and reinstalled it might work. Managed to 're install but has not solved the issue


Good but needs an upgrade in the corrections department. As in when I need to correct an error or something that's wrong in my history or even in my file. Still great app


App runs smoothly enough, took too long to make the app available over wifi though, I've been a customer for nearly 10 years and it's only just changed.


It's hard to understand... Where to look on the app.. everything's is all cramped in.. it looks busy.. I can remember when you done this first app in auction it was really.bad.... It getting better now.. Thank you guys..


Gets better with every update. Useful tool to get things done without going to store for non sale issues. Still prefer going in to speak to someone face to face who knows what they are talking about for phones and upgrades though. And in my experience the store staff at three are awesome.


Worthless app. Totally incapable of loading and telling me what my current available balances are and every time you wanna top up it you have to enter your mobile number as if it is the first time.


Fail to get past "start set up " tried Face book etc. Still hopeless. Seems a total waste of my time. Either you can install 3 or you cannot. Been in touch with 333, total waste of time, no help whatsoever.

Hi I have upgraded the app and now can't access to app at all can not check any thing as when I opened the app it says get started but doesn't work then. I am using my mobile data and still it doesn't work. 😣


Garbage. Just spins on trying to connect to Three. Does nothing. ** Edit: Am updated to all latest software. Have un/re-installed app, cleared cache, cleared Dalvik, rebooted, re-registered with Three, and nothing.

Its shocking since it's been updated. I can't see any billing, keeps logging out. And it just keeps saying no connection.


Nice and easy to navigate with all your main info right on the front screen so you don't have to go looking for how much you've used / got left


Worked fine for years until it was updated a few weeks back. On the auto set up page the wheel just keeps turning and then you get an error/timeout message.

I am changing my review from two to one star.... Each time u try to check the balance its says "opps, we have connection trouble" and I say "oops , the app is completely useless"


Cant find what I want I have 2 accounts, one for phone and one for mobile Wifi. I cannot find both accounts on my account. It's very frustrating and not user friendly.

This app is worse than useless. The stats it's showing say "last updated 73 days ago". Can't refresh them. I even tried switching on data (and switching off WiFi) and the blasted thing still won't update.


It's been years with three but disappointed sometimes with signals and slow internet.Three app is waste of time all the time error comes up and will never tells you what was ur or what will ur next bill.

Wow did you know that you can get 3G unlimited half price for £11 for six months after that £22 call's, text's & unlimited data plan 24 months it's worth your while, go ahead & get the package..?

This app is still terrible.. takes forever to load the balance, sometimes after loading for 10 mins it doesn't work. Also very frequently the app is down or broken


Easy to use once you get on it, however slow to load even at pretty good signal, so unless you have great signal you can't quicky check allowance etc

Useful and functional app, most of the things you need while lightweight and easy to use, aesthetically pleasing. A few things could be added or easier to find, e.g. user account content control.


This app keeps me up to date with my plan but at times can be a bit difficult like trying to cancel add ons, overall good service.


Worst app for mobile network I have ever experienced. 99% of time is loading. Most of the time there is network error do you cant even see what allowance you have left.


Just joint three the other day was on Vodafone before and I'm really impressed on how the app works compared to Vodafone and the speed of Internet is great.
