    Rubbish. Every time I try to access my account it tells me there are errors with service. Useless app as I can't see my bills, etc which is surely the whole point of the app. Even when I tried to give feedback on the app itself it told me there were errors. Been with 3 for a long time but am fed up of the lack of customer support

    three Useless user migration. Didn't carry over my login details to the "new" app, and pops up a satisfaction survey when trying to reset password. Then it doesn't accept my account email - the one all of my Three correspondence goes to. Completely nonsense UX - why even ask for double-entry of an email address to compare it to a (incorrect) stored record?! Better off uninstalling than wasting my time on "Live Chat".

Like: "Please connect to the internet". Today's update described by Three: "In this update we’ve fixed any bugs that have appeared and have done some general housekeeping to keep things running smoothly." HOW UNTRUE!!! Zero stars!

    three js Worse than useless now, doesn't update allowance and add-ons. Bought £10 add-on yesterday and nothing happened. When I check the app this morning still no difference despite updated last time check. When I log into mythree on the web the add-on has been applied and credit appropriately reduced. Very lucky I didn't use up my credit on further attempts. Disgusted.

    three hundred bucks This app has less functionality than it (briefly) did nearly a decade ago. It's a poor wrap for the webpage (which itself is buggy & poorly optimised for mobile devices). The fact that the app doesn't keep you signed in, & basically shoves you onto the web browser for literally any action you might need to take with your account, makes it entirely pointless to install & use. Topping up & buying Credits is a further nightmare with Three's app & website, genuinely better off calling 444 instead.

    i hate everything about you App just loads forever and never works for the past 4 days or so. This is on both my mobiles. I uninstall, cleared cache and data, etc... still no joy. Three you need to fix this rather than asking us individually to chat with you. Surely, the exact same issue has been reported by many people this week, so this defo is to do with your app. I normally do not even use this app but this week I don't have WiFi and need to closely monitor my data.

    three two one Ready to leave THREE in 24 hours because of: 1. First it didn't register my number even though I have been with three for a Very Very long time. Then it said the app has an error 2. Then I was being told by the THREE app I will have to verify my account when it finnaly let me in. 3. Then it wouldn't send me the email for verification? 4. Then I had a chance to change my email and then it told me it didn't recognise it?? 5. Then when it finally did it brought up an MY3-AUTH-UNAVAILABLE.

    threema web App is okay but network is terrible, once contract is up I won't be staying with Three! - Update: I have contacted Three numerous times about poor service, bad speeds and call drops but have been given the same response that you "improved" the network in my area when that's a lie, despite being right next to a Three mast.

    Doesn't handle a multi SIM phone, then it Won't let you reset password without being on WiFi (why is this, when I can reset it on the three webpage without WiFi). This app has always been soo slow to use and navigate. Just give me an easy way to check my minutes and data usage without offering me new plans, phones etc..

    This app is awesome. It lets you top up your phone when your credit(data) runs out and you need more, it has everything in one place which is easy to find things you want hard/ difficult to find things and then next you use it, you forget what you did last time. So basically it is simple and easy to use.

    Takes the app at least 5-10 minutes to log in everytime. To put it in perspective. When the "let us know what you think" notification comes up, which asks of using the app has been good, it's still not logged in. I know the app is free, but we should get money back just for the frustration this app causes...

    Now with password required to enter it offers no advantage over using ordinary website, certainly not quicker. Cumbersome in operation, difficult or slow to find the area required. Used to be able to top up very quickly - not anymore!

    I downloaded the app to monitor my WiFi contract. However, to access the app you have to enter your phone number, which I don't have as it is a WiFi contract! Absolute rubbish.

    Worse app ever!! For a mobike phone provider, this app is a real disgrace! Pound shops apps work a lot better. One can't even connect to it, never mind getting into the app. Go back to drawing board. What a farce !! Deleted a few times, cleared caches and download again. Same old. A week after my upgrade it still not showing on the app when it eventually opens! 3 might not have an app at all! "Ooops qe have connection problems" "Ooops something went wrong". .. . . Even i can go online easy!

    UPDATE....DON'T YOU THINK WHAT YOU'VE SUGGESTED IS THE FIRST THING WE ALL DO? IT'S THE "TURN IT OFF,TURN IT ON AGAIN" OF THE APP WORLD SMH 🤷‍♂️🤦 Every page takes ages to load and half the time it ends up with "oops error at our end" Badly developed and badly thought out, a company this size needs to do well better as the app is a mirror and advertisement of the company. If you can't get something this small right, it doesn't breed confidence in the rest of the organization. Just bad all round.

    I can't access ANY facilities with the app, (That I was conned into installing). I CAN'T even TOP UP, because the new 3, app says that I must have wifi to EVEN register. No wifi works here. I have No network, because I was stupid enough to "upgrade" to the new app.

    New update broke the app... its crashes the app permanently now. Seems every update makes things worse or causes more bugs... This is not normal. You need new app designers because this happens far too regularly. Hire people who know how to update an app properly.

    Worst app ever. Even I have a account don't let me login if I don't use WiFi and I don't have one. The only reason you too want a WiFi access is you to install spy software without my consent. You need to remove this WiFi request or someone will put you in court.

    I have 3 home broadband and 3 on my mobile. This stupid app won't let me log in on my phone without switching WiFi on. Problem is because I have 3 broadband it then logs into that instead of my mobile, so I can't check my balance, can't change my email, can't even top up my phone. Such a stupid app!

    Useful and easy to use, to track usage and credit (after an app update the credit estimate looked wrong, but this was easily solved by flushing the app cache and the app data).

    Erratic. Regularly fails to open. When open, many of the functions fail to operate Updated as instructed but still not functioning properly. Today couldn't check what offers were available, just waited and waited for download. Revised rating down. Wish I could reduce to zero stars. Have just soent 90 minutes trying to resolve contract issue but chat on app keeps dropping and keep having to restart. Is this from a communications company or is it a joke?

    It's 2021 and they still can't make a working app, I don't know how this goes on for years without their software team dying of embarrassment Topping up through the app never works, it's just buggy and useless, you're forced to go to the website for everything Update: Why is their response to everyone for people to use their chat support which is outsourced to a random 3rd world country - their chat support isn't going to make their broken app work!

    Absolutely useless app...I'm completely locked out as it can't even get past the part where you put in your phone number. Tried re-installing it and it's worse than before I did this. Live chat agents are useless and seem to just send a link to change your password which doesn't help when I can't even get to the screen to enter my password!!👎

    I'm very disappointed, constant issues with app, unable to log in, i've spent more time on the customer chat to resolve issues with three app in the last month than i have in my whole life together with all other providers. And first thing they ask you in chat is to upgrade and pay more!!! I'm leaving three as soon as my contract ends. The worst provider ever. Stay away!!!

    I honestly hardly ever use the app but on the seldom times I have had a look it's been mostly out of curiosity to see how it works and what it can do and it has been very impressive, I definitely recommend all customers to download it as I know it will be very helpful and convenient for so many 3 customers to have you can delete it if not for you I suppose although I think it would be good for everyone as you never know when you will need to use it!

    Shambolic operation, practically impossible to logon, repeated "Whoops something s gone wrong" messages. Get your act together or loose lots of customers, including me! Reinstalling the app solved this problem. Now to try converting credit to an add on. Oh no! One screen says my credit is £8.61, another screen says it's £10. I wonder which it is? Does Three know? Apparently not! How do they stay in business?

    This app crashes. Why do I need a code sent via SMS? How stupid. It doesn't work. You guys at three are the worst In the UK ever. No discount because of the issue since December time. No discount and I'm lucky to get to 30gbs a month. This is a complete joke. I've phoned these people over twenty times about the issue. I know it's better in other areas. Not this year. They lie and lie but won't give me my discount. What a con.

    Unable to log in for a few weeks now. After entering phineas number and password get get message that it is generating a pass code then message says "oops something went wrong" and kicks me back out. I then get the pass code via SMS but cannot use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app but problem continues. Website is not much better either.

    Mifi blunder not well thought out !, I have home wifi if I want to use the app the latest security ,oprn app then open the router admin page to get the code sent to it then go back to the app and finally log on, online chat offers no solution , reinstalling the app will not negate the need for a code to be sent to it so that is a pointless suggestion, I just use the web site , no secret codes required !!!!!!

    App sends code but screen to insert it is always greyed out so an error message appears every time. Nine codes sent so far and nine failed. After uninstaling app, resetting my settings, rebooting my phone and contacting 3 customer service via live chat the app still failed at the verification code settings. Tried again today and finally 3 must have rectified the issue they must have been experiencing. This issue was not unique to Android, I had the same issue with my iPhone as well.

    Latest update: BROKE THE APP, generates code then says sorry we are having technical difficulties. Also the fact i signed up for a three sim and since a week later I have had numerous emails and unsolicited phone calls since that date three have either shared my details or had them stolen as I brought this number with me and has always been a private secure number and not given to anybody and now I have company's calling me I've never heard of! Disgusting service and will be leaving 3 asap!

    Can not use at all, have uninstalled and installed but same old same old. Tells me I need authentication code but then screen greys out and white circle goes round and round then "oops sorry something went wrong".....tells me then to try later but always the same.

    One of the worst apps I've encountered, far better made free apps made by small developers can't understand how a big communications company could manage to create such a clunky, bad looking, difficult mess of an app. If anyone remembers ceefax and teletext this app feels like it belongs in that era. Log in progress an absolute long winded nightmare. The app along with the deterioration in my mobile signal is making me look at leaving 3 after 10 years as a loyal customer (fool)

    It doesn't really work any more. Same with the website. I can log in sometimes but it'll say I'm an anonymous user. I can't top up without a "something went wrong" page coming up, claiming the issue is on your end not mine.

    Unable to log in for months! App wouldn't let me pass "we need to verify your email" page. The verifying email never arrives though, no matter what I'd do. So it's ok to send me promo emails, just not the only one that actually matters!? Why would the same email address need to be "verified" again and again in the first place?

    Can no longer login on phone. I get a text from 3 when I try and login. I open text to get code and go back to app. Ui has no option to enter code, so I try again, get another text that I can't enter code from. Hmm I will say it's very secure, just not very useful. I use a Nokia 2.3 handset.

    Unable to register my new sim as the app did not recognise my email address. It was also a faff to have to register via WiFi. Not a good first impression for a new customer. To make it worse, the customer service agent admits that Three is aware of the issue. However, the agent got me registered on the app so 10/10 to the agent.

    I have updated , re logged in last week with home WiFi etc, fine , today it says connecting to server, (connection to server has come up a few times previously) now app states time to upgrade, say goodbye to the old version ,and get ready for better three app. It'll take a few seconds, Upgrade so now don't know what to do, because I can't access the app unless I upgrade ?

    Utter rubbish just like the website.. The fact that the website is so bad logging in and out of different accounts is a joke.. 1 account multiple numbers simple.. can never see contract end date. I click on upgrades see offers to see minimum term.. It just redirects to homepage over and over. Infuriating. In fact it has been so bad for many many years that I am fed up I think I will leave take my home fi internet and my wife's number and my number away fed up. Still bad 9/3/21

    App doesn't work, just error messages, tried with customer service to solve problem only for them to disconnect my conversation, after trying different browsers as they requested, absolute rubbish app and not able to use the old app that worked as it just refers you back to this bag of rubbish. Time to find a new provider. And the link you've sent me also doesn't work 3 sort your apps out.

    Theres obviously been some work.on 3s network.. nothing works. The app hangs and the website login keeps pushing you to the app. Bad frustrating logic. Will have to decide whether to stay or not. Currently cannot apply add ons. But they happy to take my top up.

    Try to access any charges and it just sits on 'Loading' forever. To get on chat I have to enter loads of information only to explain it all again when connected. Then passed to another useless agent and have to explain everything again! Supplied email, postcode and DOB. Then they want to know exact date of last top-up which was months ago! Useless app and useless customer service - goodbye.

    Poor app full of bags. I have been with Three for years but unfortunately the app had always problems. The latest is: for enter the app I use the fingerprint reader and once logged inside my account where I can see my name, number and credit, if I want to top up I get the message: no my3 account? No worry! What? I just logged in with the fingerprint reader! By the way recent increase of tariffs from 1p/mb to 5p/mb is unbelievable. I wish my salary was going to increase overnight by 5 time!

    After telling me to verify my number, I get sent to the three website saying something has gone wrong. I have tried several times and its comes out with the same something has gone wrong page. I have called three numerous times which takes over an hour to get to and I have reseted my password so many times and it just takes me to the something has gone wrong page. Please fix this app

    The app wasn't working at the time I downloaded the update for it. A day later it appears to work fine now. No more issues. Wouldnt be fair to leave it 1 star now its working fine after 1 day.

    Rubbish app (possibly designed by 5year old) followed by even more rubbish customer service. App doesn't let me cancel add on, & online chat was so hard, 43mins to explain I don't want addon & cannot cancel on app. Following day still showing active. Time to leave three. The developer replies by asking to come back to chat, lol am I stupid to waste another 45 mins explaining my issue never mind getting it sorted. From a customer of 18years, ask yourself how long you have been operating in UK.

    App works ok, but new authentication messy. Sends text with PIN but by the time you read pin, it sends another one so you get pin wrong. Found a trick to get round it. Next day, alerted it was burning battery, refreshing continuously in background. Stopped it doing that too. Still needs a lot of work, but ok when needed.

    App is useless,I haven't been able to log in in months and please don't say contact out Team via chat or reinstall the app because that's what I have been trying to do for months...I am a key worker and I work 12 hrs each shift,when u manage to connect Staff just apologise that is not the right member to speak with and you get transferred to another and another....I just arrived to a point that I will wait in June to go elsewhere with my 2 contracts. I did already with my son's contract. Sorry

    Fix the App. The app constantly states the password is wrong. This is the same password in logging into the same account on the website, therefore it's not incorrect. I've uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and memory, but still it says the password is wrong! Many on here are saying the same thing. Fix your app please!

    App said come back here to upgrade and told me the date . When I did it turns out you can't upgrade mobile internet on the app which I only found out after spending about 1 hour thinking I was doing something incorrect . Then tried the live chat only to be told that you can't upgrade mobile internet on live chat only phone contracts .

    From 16/02/2021 our standard Pay As You Go rates in the UK will increase to 10p a min, 10p a text, 5p per MB of data. What happened to 321 that all PAYG actually signed up to? Three are so reliablely unreliable, I'd never recommend them to anyone. I had 12 pounds in the old app, loaded this junk and it dropped to £2.76 ... 1 star.

    Registration on the website gives an error message: MY3-AUTH-UNAVAILABLE. The site directed me to this all as a quicker an easy way to resolve problems. I was unable to register for an account.     Awfull network. I was lost in a unkown town because of your "5g connection". Everybody who would like to use 3 Mobile please reconsider as this network made me and my 5 year old daughtget lost in a different town as there was no connection. The guys from the customer service they always make it more harder than it has to be. My partener had me autorished for about 50 times and every time they said this won't happen in the future,and i always have to trough the same thing. 0 stars for this.

    Very convenient to keep track of allowances, and payments. That is when you can log in. Could use extra info on specific addons, as it shows only what is active but doesn't say what they actually do. My plan is due an upgrade soon, will see how it handles that.

    No one could help, been with 3 for over 10 years. Recently my sim stopped working since Wednesday. No one able to help, spoke to over 10 advisors and senior members in last 3 days. Begged that it's an urgent request, given with wrong tracking number and nothing came through post. Tried many times again but no help. They even couldn't provide click and collect. My sim was connected to work, home and business work and caused me lost revenues and serious disruptions. Still no help and SIM card.

    Absolute rubbish. This app works when it feels like it. When you do manage to log in the data counter is completely inaccurate. For instance, shows I've used 10 gig of data but I've actually used 60. Good job I keep an eye on my data usage using my phone settings.

    TERRIBLE! If you run out of credit and you are in the middle of nowhere, with no internet, and you wanna top up with your bank card, you can't! What's stupid about this is the fact that they send you a link when you call them, to go ONLINE and top up with your bank card.(remember, you don't have CREDIT and obivously you can't use the link ) The customer service guy I talked to on live chat, was absolutely on a different planet! It felt like I'm talking to my 5 years old nice. again TERRIBLE !

    I love the App which has improved since I first joined Three about 6 years ago. Only issue is Live Chat facility. You're asked to do something, but then you cannot return to chat & you have to start again. The only thing Live Chat managed to do was raise my blood pressure. Person I chatted with didn't seem to understand me & kept disconnecting without ability for extra time, despite being told I was to click on "more time" - hard when that option never appears.     Since I updated the app I can't log in, sais oops something gone wrong. Tried to uninstal and reinstall the app, now it prompts to put my password but I forgot it.... Tried to reset password but it doesn't work right now. It said to try later.... This app is a pain, I am seriously considering to switch to another provider. Using Three for two years but it seems like is time to say good bye.

    It is very easy to use and first of all, make sure your email address is correct but, can change the email address on my3 website and correct mobile number as well the password. It can be done by reset your password via my3 online.

    THREE the WORSE Mobile provider ever experienced. Technical support uneducated, not knowing what they are doing, unable to solve even the simplest problem. It took them a whole month for them to get my number from "3" to EE. I spent 26 hours in total chatting with them. At the beginning I was supposed to go to EE and then return to "3" to have better conditions because of course after 10y for regular clients there are much worse conditions than for new clients, this is a mockery. Never again
