Works perfectly on my Samsung phone. but on my android head unit in the car (where I have the dash cam) I can't get past the first permission page because my head unit is only in landscape mode, and I have no clue how to force portrait mode or how to scroll to click 'next'. Could you maybe consider moving the next button more towards the center of the screen for people trying to install this on their car radio?

A completely awful app. It keeps crashing whenever I try to go to camera settings. There's nothing I can do to change the date on the camera. Have tried on a few phones and nothing. Such a huge disappointment and an embarassing excuse of an app. Update (9/3/2021) F200 dashcam is "not supported anymore" even though it was supported 4 days ago. Absolutely terrible and trash app.

Please remove the constant talking info that speaks every time you start your car. You only need to here this the first couple of times. Further, you do not need to announce to the world in in a loud voice how to connect to your thinkware cam wifi... Everything else is good but this is ludicrous -- that you cannot turn this help info off but are forced to hear it day in and day out. And in a world where security concerns are a reality, Im not sure why thinkware didn't even consider these.

Its better than taking out the Micro SD card manually and then getting an adapter to insert it to a smartphone or computer port. Its less risk of losing it or damaging it. I like that you can even access the dash cam settings. Friday, Sep 3, 2021 I havent been able to connect to my two sets of F200 dash cameras recently. I unistalled and reinstalled the Thinkware Cloud app but still cant connect. The 128GB Micro SD cards are still in good working order and are recording. I havent tried frmwr.

Thinkware support files day I should use this particular app for my model dashcam, but then the app says it isn't supported. Had to go to other forums to find out I need a different thinkware app altogether. Really frustrating that they have so many different variants of the same app for their different models.

F200 fails to connect - says unsupported. Have to remove memory card and use flaky adapter to reach recordings. Can't change any cam settings unless fixed. Can't check aim without live view. Fix this and i will edit my post.

Had two U1000 front and rear cameras professionally installed and neither of them will connect with the app. It keeps crashing. Tried updating to new firmware and it still shows as being the original installed version.

App is no longer working for my F200 dashcam. I'm getting an error message "this dashcam is not supported". I've used the app/dash cam together for well over a year now without problems. Please fix.

Can't connect to my F200 for whatever reason. Wifi won't connect and this is very frustrating when I need to get videos off of my camera. Fix this now!

My F200 stopped connecting suddenly. The model disappeared off the support list. Was working fine a week ago.
