Get your Google Seller Ratings via the Feedback App. The Feedback App helps you collect customer feedback and reviews directly from your stores. Simply download the tablet app, login with your eKomi Account and start collecting feedback. The Feedback App is completely customisable and allows you to collect both stars and text feedback. This is moderated and reviewed by our Customer Feedback Management team and once approved pushed to your eKomi certificate page and Google. The App also allows you to verify the customer information via email or SMS to ensure the reviews are authentic and validated.
