I'm writing bad review because i couldn't sign-in after updates, and this has been an issue for me since then until now. i did called Thanachart call-center and found out that the updates one wouldn't work on Huawei. please do something quicker and perhaps check before launching the update, some peoples are really suffer from this mistake!!!!!

It's getting worse by each update. Became ridiculously slow, functionality has not improved. It's impossible to see even basic details of transactions (but it shows things that no one ever need). Your IT department should wake up and do something.

Fund subscription is not working anymore. If you want business and care your investors it might a really good idea to fix this. (10.10.2020) After i managed to subscribe funds, it's not working again since 1 week. Please fix it asap.

The only modern looking thing about this app is its logo. The rest are the looks from the early-2010s. Also, why would you have the 'Remember Me' check box when it does nothing?

Low usability, force user to upgrade, no feature to edit favourite, only remove. Night or randomly hours would be always pending and kept loading icon on screen, untrancated session and block new requests.

Can't download upgrade. Suck,!! You push customers to click upgrade otherwise app will close. So can't use app. Better close account and go to other better bank like Kbank..... Its far way better.

The new application is slow, ugly, and the English grammar needs a lot of editing. The older application is simpler and a lot better.
