The app has more features than the router itself, needs an option to enter remote management url for when it cant find router, I have 2 routers with same SSID and the tenda is the 2nd router, my phone is always connected to my main dlink router so the app can never find the router. pretty useless to me right now but the app does a good job, allowed names for clients are also confusing as on pc you can give any name but on the phone it always complains about name must be a certain type.

Please invest in your mobile app. It's functional but needs more work. I always get disconnected saying "Failed to connect to the router" "Please make sure the router is turned on" when switching between apps or if it's just been opened. The UI needs rework and dark mode.

Rubbish app. Although connected to the network and internet, I've started to get a message in the app saying that I'm not connected. If I log out and back in then I might stay connected for a short time before I get the message again.

Parental control doesn't work, it's not disconnect and connect on scheduled time, it is useless...... We are using the router more than a year and is still not fixed..... PLEASE FIX IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kor we need to by anither router and never by tenda again !!!!!!

The app always shows my 3x MW12 units as being offline, regardless of restarts on the units. Fortunately I managed to set everything up when I first set them up , but this isn't particularly good as there is no alternative web interface given either.

Very limited settings. Cannot even control bandwidth. Keep getting 'couldn't authenticate connection' error when standing only 3 meters away from the node.

Just stopped working recently after nearly 1 year of smooth sailing it just kicked us off network now says can't connect to router. Have reset everything and issue still present. All devices connected to my actual router are working without issue. I believe recent updates have caused the issue. App is quite useless

It's ok, but it won't let me have it on the same IP as the modem as 192.168.1. it says done but sets the nodes as 192.168.2. So my Smb network can't see each I ensure had unique IP address but nope it won't allow it. Makes it no good for home networking.

Im unable to use the app after getting a new phone. Everything is in chinese. No idea how that happened and fixing that issue is a must. Mind you ive had zero issues after 2yrs of owning this router. Issues are popping up bigtime with this reupload.

There are a lot of bug in the app.Occasionally there is a crash and The software does not show the realme phone icon. This software is appealing to fix the problems quickly. Thank you ❤️
