    Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

    The upgraded app is the worst I've ever used. Most of the time I can't use it because won't open. So much for being able to check my data usage, bill or anything else. Prefer the old version that worked whenever I needed it to quickly and without any fuss and didn't constantly send me out of the app to re-logon someone else to do stuff.

    This messaging system is such a terrible experience, I've had issues with my eSIM for weeks and have been unable to solve and no you turned off my old sim with no notice; now trying to fix this over your stupid glacial pace message system is like pulling teeth, very slowly. It's not even live chat!! The fact you don't have a number to call as supposedly the most premium provider in Australia is unforgivable especially for cases like this when I have no mobile service and it's super urgent!

    I don't find the usage visual presentation very helpful. It shows the percentage of data used as a fraction of a circle and the number days left as a figure. This requires me to calculate whether I have enough data left for the number of days. The previous Telstra app was much better as it showed data used and days progressed through the billing period as horizontal bar graphs, one below the other. As long as the bar for data used was shorter than the days through the period, I was okay.

    Fix your bloody app. Broken for 3 months now. Payment page does not load and oh look! Neither does your "GOLD member support" chat! Big surprise. After 12 years of being a customer I'm done. Will be cancelling all my telstra services including wife and two kids phones. I'll have to physically go in store to do this since your tech support are useless, rude, uneducated people outsourced from third world countries by telstra to save money. Try to keep up telstra, it's 2021 not 1973.

    I tried to get a new SIM in store, they couldn't do it because I didn't have a photo ID with me, told me I could just do it online instead. Called 132200 where the automatic voice hung up on me after telling me to use this app. Spent time setting up access to the app, it tells me to go to the manage account section for a new SIM but there's no option, get onto a person & after repeatedly telling them what I wanted for about an hour I get told they can't do it. Absolute waste of an app & my time

    Telstra you continue to rip me of with what I pay for my WiFi USB 4× stick which I use for my Android TV as I live in Remote SW QLD in just 1 week I have spent $180 on Recharge data this has only started to happen when your technical team tried fixing our Telstra Tower, unfortunately we have no other internet providers here only you but your day is coming when we will be able to have NBN on here and other phone service choice's...I only use the WiFI for my TV... BLOODY RIP OFFS..

    Still wont let you recharge after the expiry date, even if it is one day . " Something went wrong , try again later. " Msg appears as usual. This is all i use this app for and probably thousands others. So that is why i gave one star . I will use my laptop as usual . Thankyou.

    works until it doesn't. If you use this to monitor your account and track when bills should be paid... DO NOT. I have had several payments look like they have gone through then the app goes on the blink and the next thing you know you have a late payment fee! $15 how the heck is that calculated or fair? This has happened more than a few occasions. always in areas that are displaying good network coverage but actually aren't.

    Useless! I'm unable to sign into this ridiculous app for months now! And the only advice I get is uninstall and reinstall! I can't access my bills! Get your act together and fix it!
