With Mobilt Bedriftsnett from Telenor you can see who is calling when it rings.

You can also see who has called you in the call log, even when the phone has been turned off during flights or when you are absent with call forwarding.

Callers who are not saved in your contacts are presented with automatic lookup from the company directory or external number information from EasyConnect. It's like having the whole of Norway in your contact list.

In the app, you can set absences so that the switchboard and colleagues can see your availability and inform those who call you when you will be free.
You get the freedom to work where you are. You can make, answer and transfer calls as if you were in the office.

The app will request the following accesses:
- contacts
- to run in the background
- make and manage calls
- the call log
- view over other apps.

These accesses are necessary to provide you with "See Who's Calling" which is a core functionality of the app.

Information that is accessed here is only stored and processed locally in the app on the phone and is not transferred to other systems.

Functionality in the app:

- "See who is calling" (Caller ID/Spam detection)
(requires access to the call log to look up incoming calls)

- Search for names, numbers, companies and addresses
- Search the company directory, call log, local contacts and external information service
- Favorites (call and transfer to favourites)
- Set absence (e.g. Do not disturb, Meeting, Lunch, Holiday) with or without forwarding
- Select display number (if aktihost for business and subscription)
- Log off and on call queues (if a member of call queues)
- Information about answered and unanswered queue calls in the call log.

Telenor MBN performs a lookup of unknown callers and displays who is calling - while it is calling, including when the call is spam from sellers and the like (Caller ID/Spam detection)
