After this a list will appear listing all your accounts. 2> YOU MUST have your primary account (the top one in the list) as the account with which you purchased. 3>If you don't have that account on top the Play store app in you phone will keep saying Not Licensed (Its Google service flaw) and to cure this just go to SETTINGS>Accounts and Sync > and delete the extra accounts until the one with you purchased the app from is shown on the top in Google Play store app. After that open Tegra Overclock and all will work fine.
