Hmnn π€ Don't sure why there are so many issues playing TED. On my Samsung tablet and my Samsung phone TED works great! Adverts are very seldom and the speakers talk clearly and the video is very sharp and clear. As always TED has so very many speakers, with tons of topics - where you choose the topics that interests you. There is always going to be controversial topics - which you're just not going to agree with. But, there are many you're going to really like! 5β£ stars for TED. π βπβπ

Ads are agressive and evil. I tried several times to watch one video kept having to see the same ad over and over and over. It wouldn't play the video at all. When I was able to watch another and immediate aggressive ad came on as soon as the talk finished. I understand needing to generate revenue but like many other apps using the app itself has become a very draining and negative experience due to aggressive ads

Until yesterday, Thanks to TED, I had learned so much of many different things. However, suddenly from yesterday, I could only watch adverizement. Even after full watch of advertizement, it never play main talk at all, instead it kept play the same advertizement video over and over. Maybe something is wrong. I hope that the bug will be fixed soon.

The app has a glitch; when the next video plays, an add pops up, then it skips the video again and we have to re watch the add and it keeps replaying and skipping the next video. You have to get out of watching the next one and pick a different video, but sometimes the videos don't play and it gets stuck in thst cycle again... Just FYI if the developers didn't know. ...

The app is usable, but barely. No controls in landscape full-screen mode, no option of sharing the content from the app via messaging platforms and the list goes on. I really hope this gets fixed and brought to the same level as its iOS sibling.

Love the ability to watch TED talks on the go but the UI/UX for a tech inspired ap is startingly terrible. It tends to freeze, no visual to indicate prior views, the auto play doesn't play the next video on the playlist, no ability to form your own playlists, no recommended videos and none of the surprise me options available on the Roku ap- it needs a major update in my opinion

HOW ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED? App is playing ONLY commercials....BROKEN. When does work, vids play behind commercials so have to rewind when they start. It takes 5 minutes to download 19Mb vid....vids aren't query able by date....back button goes to home screen no matter where you are so have to start all over....no organization centered around technology education or design should be satisfied with this app, yet it's been like this for years with your knowledge, a well known reputation stain

I love Ted talks! But the app is terrible! It is always faulting and closing itself. It is so frustrating when im trying to find something while watching another video and the app keeps failing! Also, I can cast with chromecast, but can't easily adjust volume.

The audio works, but The video doesnt, its a shame because i dont have The level to understand english audios, but i can read the subtitles.
