ABOUT DOVE APP
Dove is an on-boarding app specifically designed for Tech Mahindra new joiners under lateral ( Experienced ) category . This app gives virtual joining experience for the new joiners to interact, transact and engage with basic on-boarding information.

Dove has smooth User Interface with easy navigation and unique features such as:
- Virtual Facility Tour
- GPS Navigation to TechM Office’s On boarding Room
- Videos such as Live, Work & Play
- Messages from TechM CEO/CPO
- Gamification
- New hires can view details of contacts like Induction SPOC , RM ,BHR etc. & documents needed to complete joining formalities.
SCOPE
This app is for candidates who join under the lateral (experienced) category at any TechM India location. It is currently not available for fresher, GLC & MT hires.
FAQs
1) How do I install the app?
A – The app is available & can be installed from Google Playstore or Apple iOS app store. We only support mobile devices that have latest version of either iOS or an Android operating system. The app can be downloaded at free of cost.
2) What phones can I use?
A – This app is available for iPhones and Android phones.
3) I am not able to install the app.
A – Please check your internet/wi-fi connection and mobile storage.
4) Do I have to be connected to the internet to install the app?
A – You will need internet access to install and use the app, over wi-fi , 3G or 4G connection.
5) What are my login credentials?
A - You would have received an email from Hub Pre-on boarding portal with your login credentials ([email protected]) . Please use the login credentials in the email to login to the App.
6) I am not able to login to the app.
A – Please check your internet connection and applicant to provide the correct login credentials.
7) What is the application about?
A - This app gives basic on boarding information.
8) I am a fresher and I am not able to login to the app.
A – This app is currently for candidates who join under the lateral (experienced) category. It is currently not available for fresher’s such as ELITE/ITP, GLC & MT hires.
