It was easy to setup using AP mode BUT, will not turn on and off my lights on programmed schedule. I suggest linking to Google Home or Alexa to control the lights and to use Google Home routines for timer function. It constantly sends alert errors through Google Home "TechLife is unavailable" (the lights do work even with the alert error) but at least it works. I hate coming home to a dark apartment. This app is just bad.

It is not possible to register, either via phone or email. The captcha fails with "code error". The dev does not respond to email. I now have a useless piece of electronics, because there is not an app I can use to control it. Awful. I wish it were possible to give zero stars. *EDIT...app update came out just now. It did not fix ANY of the registration issues. Pitiful.

It's not perfect but it works. I use this for two LED strips. If you get stuck on set-up, make sure the lights are quickly changing color, that's how you know its is pairing mode. If they are solid white, unplug and replug them 6 times somewhat quickly. Don't let the phone turn off during pairing

Cannot create and/or authenticate an account. Return your product if you can, this app will not be able to make it work as you cannot set up an account to control it from.

Bought 4x bulbs to test out this kind of technology and left rather unimpressed. The lights lose connection with TechLife and Google Home on an almost daily basis, after which I have to pretty much set everything up again, which is quite a nuisance. Emailed the support email address on Play and as yet, no response.

Terrible. 2/3 Bulbs arrived broken. Then the app simply wont work. Says "user already exists" when i am forced to re register while it also doesnt let me log in saying "must activate account first".. which is after i just did and it says "activated". Then wont log in saying "must register", then i cant register because its saved my number and says "already registered". And round it goes giving u a brick wall of a problem. Deserves less than 1 star

The app does work after a lot of retrys to register an account and even more to connect to the smart light. the biggest problem is they say its compatable with amaxon alexa but with no skill that can be enabled on amazon.co.uk it renders any smart device you buy that uses this app virtually useless as a smart device

LED works fine on it's own without this app. This app can't even connect using Wifi or AP mode. Useless!

A horrible, slow, clunky, half-finished mess of an app. Don't buy ANYTHING that has to use this application. Also refuses to coexist with Google Home so forced to use this rubbish. Had to replace all devices with Smart Life compatible units.
