The app does not show the location of my child when I click on refresh. The sim card has data and everything is fine but live tracking is impossible. It sends location completely random at certain timepoints which is pretty useless if you want to know the exact location at a precise time. I'm guessing that all pings go through a server which is very slow in which case no app update will be able to solve the issue. Very disappointed!

This is poorest application ever. First it removed mapped device, no clue why, probably they introduced registration of the accounts. Afterwards I reinstalled and I am stuck either on logging in or pairing the the device while reading the QR code.

After software upgrade, watch became useless. Location "works" with 5 hours delay. Cannot send a message nor image from mobile app.

Extremely bugged. School time not working properly, reminders and alarms go off at the wrong time. A little bit of a mess.

Created 2 reminders and now a headache. REMINDER 1- created only one time on a Saturday. REMINDER 2 - created repetitive one for Tuesdays and Thursdays. But now reminding everyday morning. Unable to remove it from app.

very inaccurate GSP information over GSM networks. from our experience an overpriced and overpriced watch. The biggest mistake is to sign a contract for 2 years, through any operator. Capture yourself for 2 years !!!
