Impossible to use with phone number from different countries

Looks like Uber but it's not the same. Once you submitted the order, the driver gets it via their old taxi central service. They can't see your live location and struggle to find you if it is not a residential street address with house number and you're right in front of it. The "needle" you can move on the map for the pickup location is fake and only determines an address. You also still get the usual back and forth with many taxi drivers if you want to pay with credit cards.

I have tried the app for the first time in Bonn when I preordered a taxi to take guests to Cologne-Bonn airport. I intended to pay by app. However I double checked with the driver when he arrived to collect and he informed me that credit card payment was only possible by paying wirh the terminal at the end of the journey. Since I was not travelling I could not do this. Luckily I had cash on hand to give to my guests. Worse still the app asked me did I want to pay by the app. Disappointed.

Aweful app. Sends the taxi somewhere other than your location, you do not get a taxi and need to deal with an angry taxi driver on the phone. Absolutely do not recommend it.

I order a taxi and I don't even see if it ordered and when will it arrive. There are much better taxi apps that show where the taxi is.

Worst customer service! My Spouse couldn't get the taxi neither able to connect with operator after waiting for 40 minutes. Should we get compensated for this? Upon speaking to the authority their they manage to see the problem but disagree to compensate!

the app is probably wonderful. The issue is, NO FREE MARKET in taxi's in Kommunistic-lite Germany, so you can get your government approved overly expensive taxi anywhere, and so... you just don't really need an app for that.
