FIRS Information Circulars from 2020, Information Circular on Claim of Tax Treaties Benefits in Nigeria, Ministerial VAT Modification Order and Significant Economic Presence Order of 2020 also included. The Tax Law Book (TLB) App provides Nigerian tax laws, resources, tips and explanations in an easy & handy mobile app; to empower all stakeholders in the Nigerian tax system. First published on android store in 2015, TLB is Nigeria’s first compendium of all the most important Tax laws and regulations (as amended to date), including all amendments to the laws by the Finance Act, 2019 and Finance Act, 2020. It contains other comprehensive tax resources, business insights (continuously updated) and useful links to other business resources, to help users effectively and easily navigate the challenging Nigerian tax and business terrains. The app is designed to be an effective business companion to start-up and small businesses, foreign and local companies, MSME owners, employees, employers, finance / tax professionals, students in related fields, government agencies and investors.
