This app is broken. * When you try to have Android remember your password for you, when you click to have Android enter it it does not actually fill in. * When you try to select a scheduled time, The list of times does not display properly. You have to click in an empty white space to make it magically appear. * After booking one task I could never book another task again because it would ask me to add my payment information, which was already added. I can't pay your business!

No experience with the app so far. Just a recommendation to all handy (wo)men. Accept the job on the app, when it comes to payment after the task is done, share with the customer that the team of the app can't be bothered to fix the technical issues and bugs with the app and request cash or direct PayPal payment. Nobody is gonna have issues with that. People need the job done and they will pay you one or another way.

I recently downloaded this app in order to effectively communicate with the Tasker assigned to my job. This app has an extremely buggy user interface. Places which are clearly meant to have an icon are represented solely by nonsensical textual placeholders. Clearly, your developers are trying to use some sort of text font that has unicode icons and it is not working. It makes interacting with your app horrendous. My guess is the iOS experience is nothing like this. Get it together on Android.

The app is really buggy. Text in the UI overlaps with itself, when you go to chat with someone, the text as you type is the same white color as the background so you can't see what you type until you hit send. It also makes you write your address in for every new type of task you look for instead of remembering your location. Can't even select date and time from drop down menu, just cross your fingers and pray it works. Customer support is basically trash. Uninstalling the app. Don't bother.

The app itself has become super buggy, text and schedule is not visible in many parts of the app. Will never use this app again. Taskers are allowed to last minute cancel with no cohesion to the requester and no penalty. However requester is charged a cancellation fee for last minute cancel when in communication with Tasker the whole time and other tasks scheduled on the same day.

Great service - buggy app. I can't see what I'm typing in chat, and can't see the schedule. Ugh. Website is great when I'm at my computer, but the app is nearly useless.

I have been a tasker on this app. And after working on here I have noticed the the app has a lot of bugs and problems . And you are paying a good deal of money to find qualified people so you should be getting a quality service atleast if not a platform that won't freeze or bug . And if there is a problem customer support is unhelpful in these indevours for both clients and taskers. I would suggest not to use this company until they can get more reputable . Im no longer working for this company.

Horrible interface. Laggy, buggy, fonts missing, chat not working. Support is absolutely pedantic and condescending. The usual, restart your device, check your wifi. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 plus - top of the line product with the latest Android OS. The problem is not with my device as other users have clearly indicated. Please don't insult your user's intelligence and fix your product! Users: Thumbtack and handy is your friend!

The app is fine sometimes. At times I can't see what I'm typing or the schedule won't be visible so those are issues. But the taskers are flakes in some areas and that's pretty important. I had great experiences in NYC, but late cancelations without conversations in both DC and Denver that left me in bad situations. They should monitor and limit taskers based on certain behaviors. I won't be relying on TaskRabbit in the future.

I really like the Elite Taskers who help with my life tasks, but the app itself does have a few key bugs that needs to be fixed, the main one for me: the scheduling/book system isnt visble to the user, the option does work, but isn't visible to the user when trying to book a task
