All versions of TaskCoach for Android

Mainly a maintenance release with some bug fixes. The filebrowser has changed, as it was not working in the newer versions of Android. The app's alarms are still not working in the later versions of Android, due to limitations on background services. This will be the last update to support Android versions below 14 (Ice Cream Sandwich) as the code is being re-written.
