Target is a platform that allows the execution of a Strategic, Tactical and Operational Project Office (PMO), aiming at enhancing the performance of the top management, allowing to visualize actions and results in a simple and fast way, providing more agile meetings and referrals decisions and tasks for all involved.
In this application with few clicks the manager has access to the statuses of projects, activities, tasks and referrals under his responsibility, making tracking and updating information much simpler and faster. The broad visibility of the results generates a greater commitment of the employees in the execution of the plans, making them much more productive.
With more than 10 years of market, Target is developed in web platform with the most robust and safe technologies of the market and is being used in more than 25 large organizations with more than 4,000 active users. Planning can be accessed online on computers, tablets and smartphones. The platform also allows you to check the status of the planning form offline, during flights or in places without the internet. The Target monitoring meeting model allows you to be fast and effective in making decisions to correct route deviations and losses.
