Minor SFX and GFX fix ..

Return of 3D Mode! Added buttons in 3D room: Look Up and Down.. hoping to finish it soon and add more items and corridors to explore. Also did a main button graphic overhaul, everything should be looking crisper now. Moved a couple objects in the first street around, added River's Guide to the main street in case you missed it on loading, and placed it so it doesn't loop on exiting the Guide. Enjoy!
