Call cannot connect to Doctor or any responsible person, Today I try to connect many time , but my call cannot connect to any doctor , I try even 15 to 25 minutes, but I cannot success to connect any doctor, so I thinks it is not a useful app, so Star Health company try to improve quality of this app, if they cannot improve its then they should close this app

Worst experience, least bothered to attend the call when appointment is scheduled, scheduled 3 appointments but none of the doctor attended, even not responding to mobile number after contacting Tele execute, wasting of time.

It is a useless app. I booked doctor's consultation but when i call at the appointed time, no one picks up. Not just once, it has now happened 5-6 times in a row. The app is a sheer waste of time.

I contacted Talk To Star on behalf of my mother in law and their response was very quick. They have reverted back in the appointed time after consulting with the concerned specialist doctor. They have also sent the doctor's prescription in the inbuilt Talk to Star app.

No response from the receiver, Customer service are worst they don't even pic the calls. I'm calling them for two days no progress in my insurance coverage

Till now I can't get OTP. Whenever I'm trying to generate otp, its getting unknown error. My android version is 10. I never see this type of issue these days with other apps.
