Functionally good, but interface design could be improved. The tiles for each device have about 75% vacant space, but the tiny font and questionable choice of colours for font vs background make legibility poor for this 59 year old user. I could increase font size on my phone, but every other app is fine and it would mess with everything else. Also, the interface is very "hunt and peck", with needless drill-downs to access some settings, which could all be on one page. No space to write more.

Very good app, works very well. Unfortunately the app can only manage one home. This is disppointing given how easy this feature would be to add, and that many users have already requested this for years ( BTW, Homematic IP has it). I will increase the rating by one star once this essential feature has been added to the app.

Tado app makes adjustments to energy used and saves on heating and hot water. It also helps one to keep the living space healthy by adjusting the humidity levels and knowing when to open windows. Tado is always ready to adjust to weather changes and economize on energy, especially when one is away from the home. Excellent app and indispensable. I recommend Tado as an essential app to monitor heating in the home.

Won't work on my wife's phone anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reloading, now won't accept a new changed password. The most annoying thing is that there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone so it has to be online advice which makes it almost impossible to get anywhere. Thus the whole setup is now next to useless.

Awful, unreliable system. Ready to rip it all out and put in an old fashioned thermostat. Freezing cold in the house and the thermostat thinks it's over 20°C and won't heat the rads above lukewarm.

App needs more improvement, still can't swipe between TRV's when open, and the new interface makes it easy to miss the timer at the bottom of screen when adjusting the temp!

Works as expected, no complaints and very stable. Installation was amazing, just follow the video made for your previous model that you are replacing.

App isn't even able to detect if the connection has errors. Garbage explanations which crash halfway. Support not available in the evening when installing.

This app has got better and better. No issues with it all. Nice and clean interface and easy to use. Any issues I did have got fixed quickly.
