Synovus Card Alerts makes it easy for you to get real-time alerts about your account activity by e-mail, text, or in-app. After enrolling your Visa ® credit or check card, you can choose the types of alerts you want to receive, such as notifications for:
• Transaction threshold limit reached (you pre-set the threshold of your choice)
• Card-not-present purchase
• Declined transaction
• International purchase
• Gas station purchase
Use this app in conjunction with Synovus Mobile Banking app to get the most benefit out of your card. For the Synovus Card Alerts app, you will create a new username and password.
Message and data rates may apply.
Transactions made using a PIN number instead of a signature may not receive a declined transaction alert.
The service marks and trademarks used herein belong to their respective owners.
