The app freezes. During live view it pauses and unpauses. If you pinch and unpinch it freezes also . live view motion is stalling. The fast forward and rewind buttons don't work as before. Rewind or playback does not work at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling does nit fux problem.. The app performance has been this way for minths.

I can't see my home cameras through my phone 90% of the time. We've had tech come help us "fix" the problem. We keep having the same problems with our security cameras and app. If we are away from home, we really can't check up on our home.

Cannot see cameras on one of my androids yet can see them on other android and on apple device. Stopped showing on android suddenly. What is with this app? How do I correct so all my devices show cameras? I see many others have lost camera view too...web developers.....please fix any bugs!

Update 8-3-21 I don't know what happened to this app but the sounds is horrible? Update: I sent an email a couple weeks ago with the same question I posted here and no response. Other than that it's a great app. Lots of options for push notifications and video quality. Using with Onwote cameras. I would like to have push notifications for the admin account and not for the other users cell phones, but whenever I enable push, everyone gets them. Other than that this app works great.

It just says "Device Offline". I got this to see my child in daycare but I can't see ANYTHING! I put in the IP address and use name and password as supplied by the daycare, but It always says device offline. I have emailed two different emails for developers with no response. DEVELOPER, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I NEED HELP!

With the latest updates you can no longer edit the IP address of a device you have already entered which is kind of annoying because if the address changes you have to completely reenter the device.

Terrible Horrible. Disappointed The app isn't allowing me to login with either phone number or email. I have elderly parent I have to supervise because I am away on a trip and I can't even see them. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Since upgrading the app, it is now more responsive, more intuitive, more direct. It is faster with better graphic power for better encoding. The cctv images are just fluid and perfect.

When I try to enable sound on my Samsung note 10 plus, the app crashes. The sound doesn't work at all on my iPad after the last update.
