    Its overall a very good system And with clear video. The downside is the audio is not real good and when watching live feed, it has a tendency to skip. Wasn't as bad when we 1st purchased it & install it, but now it's seems to getting a little worse.

    Some good, some bad. This software is amazingly flexible for a free app. You can view up to 9 camera feeds at a time or just the one feed you want. You can view live or historical. It's pretty easy to switch screens or pick a time in the past to view. However, there are lots of bugs. The most frustrating ones are when we're looking at criminal activity in the past and the app auto skips past the event even when you rewind. Sometimes downloading the feed at that time helps, but not always.

    Camera is no longer working, rebooted internet, cctv constantly showing off line, deleted app on phone and reinstalled the issue is still not rectified. Unable to contact customer service for assistance. Its no longer fit for its purpose, if the footage cannot be viewed. Urgent assistance required from Superlive team who cannot be reached. Wifi connection is working fine on all other devices, please investigate urgently. Ring Bell proving to be more reliable, which was much cheaper !!

    Worked perfectly up until a few months ago, slow to load and don't get notifications anymore, so no point in the app if we can't monitor who's entering our property!

    Hasn't worked for a number of weeks. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Deleted the camera linked and tried to re-add. WiFi connection is fine but continues to say camera is offline.

    The last update has caused my camera views to either timeout or replay very slowly. Definitely looks like a big has been introduced. Please can you review the changes recently made as appears I'm not the only person to be having problems with the latest version.

    Was working fine on my Samsung S10+ until a software update. I can't view remotely from my phone anymore. I can still view cameras from my monitor at home, but I need it more for when I'm not home.

    device works well slow at times, simple to use can extract images or recordings to your device instead of using hardrive. also works well with phone data.

    Not working. I can no longer view my cameras from my phone. I've tried everything. I've tried Uninstalling the app. Delete the cameras and re adding them but nothing is working. Please fix this already.

    Really, really poor. The app is not connecting at all to the cameras. So support given by the installer.

    It's loading time is too long, and many times it just doesn't work couldn't see the footage at all. I always have to close-open the app in order to make it work.

    It takes forever to bring up the cameras and everytime you switch the view it has to reset the camera images. Then half the time it loses the image and goes to the coffee cup or says no data. Also when I have my phone in portrait mode it switches to landscape and vice versa! I have tried the landscape mode toggle and it doesn't help! And when I am looking at a fullcreen image and I hit the back button it doesn't go to the homepage but instead asks if I want to exit! Ugh!

    Playback is unusable. App is slow and crashes constantly. No option to adjust playback speed. The 'fast forward' speed is painfully slow; moves only at increments of 2 seconds. Any attempt to snapshot or record any meaningful data will return an error of 'No Data'. It's hard to imagine how this app could possibly be worse.

    It's super irritatingly slow, it cuts out goes to "no data" regularly when trying to look back and see any of thecameras. no matter if it's live feed, 5 min ago on the same day or a WK ago. At that point you have logout COMPLETELY and go back in. You may have to do that multiple times. This app is definitely more of a headache than I find useful. Unless you have a few hours to spend messing with it you need to just not even worry about the cameras at all.

    Have been a decent app however for the last month I have not been able to see my pictures or video on my phone. When I go into the files and click on a picture or video the app shuts down completely. Very frustrating. What good is this if I cannot send a video to the police.

    Very disappointing. For a week now the system is down on my phone. Was told system update. I depend on the ap to check on my house while I'm at work especially due to my elderly mother being alone & as a cop i at times come home at 2-3-5am. Im concerned that i can not have eyes on my family while at work. There is no contact person to find status for system updates.

    When you open the app to your cameras, it doesn't load them all. What is the point of having it if you can't view all cameras? The cameras you can view are slow to load and there is so much lag time that people can leave a room and it shows them still there. Screen freeze is another problem. Overall I am not finding many positives with this app.

    its a good system when its working. i have hard wired and IP cameras, both with my system. one of my hard wired camera and one or the other IP cameras are always down. My installer connected them different ways and also changed camera, but still same result. I am satisfied with the camera but, not happy with the system. 4 Service calls and still same issue. Not sure if this is installers problem or system. i would not recommend this system as primary system. changing to new company soon.

    Use to love this app but like everyone else it worked great now it's useless, can not get feed from outside the house, which really is the whole point of having this app on your mobile phone, inside the house works brilliant on mobile and TV. Leave the house nothing works at all totally rubbish and very disappointing and very annoying that you have never bothered to sort this out after all your customers reviews telling you how bad it is now and you have done nothing to fix the problem.

    The app works smoothly most of the time. Occasionally, closing and reopening will help. It has nice selection if features available and the live screen grid looks nice. Past recordings can be done only one cam at a time, I think. Perhaps there could be an option to record one file for each cam for the given period of time.

    I HAD generally loved this app, it's given me great visibility of my cameras when i'm away from home and WAS always reliable. But, now it doesn't work at anymore -- it recognizes my DVR, but that's it. It doesn't display the cameras at all, no matter I've tried. I've attempted to uninstall ans reinstall the app, tried removing and adding my DVR, restarting my phone, etc. I need help to pleaze get this app going again.

    Been using this app for more than 1 year. Never had a problem until today. All the information on it is gone. Login information, server information, etc..... I don't have any of that information so I can not set it up. The set up was done by the person that installed the CCTV cameras. Can't find a support contact information to gst help with this. At the moment this app is useless to me. Have no remote access to my cameras.

    I must have had to reinstall this app maybe 30 times. randomly dims when you open the app, which is almost unusable because of this. Sometimes the app switches to lowest resolution and the feature to switch it back is disabled?? Sometimes the app will have the "eye" symbol others not?!? A bizarre app from start to finish. when it's working it's great but when it's not it's terrible. sort it out please!!

    Worked great earlier today, now it keeps crashing. Can play back any time for today, but not the previous few days, but if I go back a week it will play back OK. I need to make a copy of footage from yesterday, but cannot get it to play. Just started new day at 00.01 and now it will play back previous days. The fault was on an android tablet and android mobile, but both now work as expected. VERY STRANGE!!

    After using Superlive Plus a few times, the screen suddenly goes completely dark. The only thing I can do, if I can see it, is log off. I uninstall the app, reinstall, and in no time, same thing happens again. I have no other apps that act this way. The app is good if and when it works properly on my Samsung Android phone.

    This app used to be pretty good until the most recent (April 9, 2020) update. Now it constantly states "device offline", there are delays where the clock and image will freeze and then catch up, or freeze and then crash. This makes it pretty useless. I can't see how this gets past any kind of quality testing. BTW, it does this on multiple android devices including an LG G5, Pixel OG, and Pixel 4 XL. Update: download and install version 1.6.4 - that's the last stable version I've found.

    Horrible, no good. I have clips that I need to record and after fighting with the timer to get to the right place, because it doesn't just fast forward or rewind, it jumps, so you have to get as close as you can and just watch, I will record and then when I go to end the recording, the app crashes! What is the point in having cameras if you can't even use them for their purpose?! UPDATE 5/16/2020 Still ridiculous. No efforts have been made to make this app user friendly. 100 thumbs down.

    The old one (super live pro ) was better for reviewing data. Trying to fast forward with slide is impossible. also don't like or understand why it needs your location. And why only 20 systems on the app? I have hundreds of customers and growing. Also it should default to high definition when you first install. Just another difficult to explain step to a customer who just got a new phone or something. Other than that people seem to like it or at least they're not calling to complain about it.

    So far this app has sucked. It sends me push notifications bit when I then go to the app I am always told the device is offline, I immediately go to SuperLive Pro and guess what? I can login and see live video as well as get playback. I'd removed this app because if a shadow sneezed I got notifications(these I could ignore). I'll say this much I am the only person connected to the device who has this problem and I am the person who installed the app on the other 4 devices, successfully.

    I panicked after an update to my Samsung S8 caused the old SuperLive Pro to become inoperable. Downloaded this app and inputted the needed info then bingo! This one was up and running immediately! The functionality has improved noticeably! Kudos to the developer for staying on top of the situation. I highly recommend this app!     Good in some areas This app will not allow you to view any notifications, nor will it allow viewing of remote playback between 11pm and 12am every day since using. Is there some server maintenance going on during this time? Between 11pm and 12am GMT, selecting the Remote Playback icon causes an app crash. works fine before 11pm and after 12am. I would like to know what the reason is for this and if anyone else is experincing the same issue? Other tha that, the app is very good.

    Great app. The only problem is that on replay it is difficult to control the speed and accurately locate a specific time. Just a small movement of the cursor increases the time too much. My update: I may have misjudged the app or a later update has been made. It now has a time clock which means it can be viewed to the nearest minute, great feature. I had an occasion for a policeman to use it and he said it was one of the best he'd seen.

    since some time ago, any time I go look at the recording, any date, any time, any camera, it lags. I scroll through recorded times to move backwards or forward, it either takes a long time to reflect the actual recording of such selected time or doesn't update at all and stays in the old recording. Pressing the Play or Puse icons don't do anything to it any more. It is hard to chose a specific time as it is.

    Update: I sent an email a couple weeks ago with the same question I posted here and no response. Other than that it's a great app. So far so good. Lots of options for push notifications and video quality. Using with Onwote cameras. I would like to have push notifications for the admin account and not for the other users cell phones, but whenever I enable push, everyone gets them. Other than that this app works great.

    January 2019 Update - the latest release has addressed the bugs from the September 2018 release... - App use to work fine prior to the 9/28/18 release. Pinch to zoom and scrolling is now slow and laggy. Swiping left or right to change cameras is slow. Worst of all the app now continues to consume battery after it is closed requiring you to force quit every time.

    I am quite happy with the app and the pictures are very clear. Occasionally I clear the notifications and for some reason they reappear hours later and I have to delete them again. This morning for the first time it wasn't working and said I was offline but I had strong wifi and couldn't understand it. After about 3 hours it suddenly started working again and I had not made any changes so I don't know why it happened!

    Very difficult to use. The playback features are dreadful. Extremely un-userfriendly. The frame rate is very poor so that very difficult to find the time when thieves are actually stealing your stuff as the video will step right over it. Don't use this app if you care about your security. I would give this a zero stars or a half star at best.

    Application is working but most of the time not stable. Picture on camera not appear and need to close and reopen application again(y?). Compare to hikconnect more stable to use. You should use as your benchmark. Also share option, no option for line,whatsapp only drop box is not practical. Picture and video should be in common format jpg or mp4. Hope u will improve it.

    Frustrating. The quality of viewing and ease of use is excellent, but each time I exit the app, all my data is lost. It doesn't save my server settings despite me repeatedly selecting save. I have to enter the server data each time. I am using a Samsung A40 phone. The app works perfectly on my iPad. Superlive Pro is apparently not compatible with my Android operating system.

    Update 4/10/2020: Even with the latest update, it still crashes in landscape mode. Sent an email to support with no reply. Does someone even read our emails or reviews? Was working fine on my Galaxy Fold in landscape mode. After the update, it stopped. I emailed their support team weeks ago with no reply. When they fix it or reply to my email, I'll give them 5 stars.

    I am having issues viewing my cameras while away from the house, even a couple of miles away! the night vision sucks as well, grainy and impossible to identify figures in the dark! daytime viewing from home is excellent! UPDATE: No change, when away from home, even a couple of miles, viewing the cameras is iffy. I was told by my installer that the Wifi is probably looking for my home server. He said to turn the Wifi off and it would go to my 4g network, this is where the hit and miss comes from!

    The search capability is not great at all, you cant save data but when this app works its OK but its a 50/50.     Totally unfriendly to use remotely. We are away for one month and are unable to see live cameras. Needs lots of improvement specially for ease of use. I'm unable to monitor my cameras remotely. Sometimes it comes up but most of the time I can't view any of our cameras.

    I loose connection with my cameras atleast 1 or 2 a week. I have been without access to my app for over 2 weeks and they are yet to resolve my issue. I hate that when we have a power outage i cannot connect to my cameras thru my app even after power is restored. If i wasnt in this contract for 2 years i would have cancelled in a heart beat .     My only criticism is the failure to stop distortion of camera view in full screen mode. Can we have PIR so focusing into any event is easier & quicker. To "dial" into a date at at a specific time would make things easier when an event has occurred. Perhaps, as with a recorded tv program, a "jump forward" could be made available as well as multiple fast-forward speeds. At the moment it takes tooooooo long to navigate to any given time on any date or to any given event?

    Works well when it works. You enter your details and QR code into server list to access your cameras, hit save and your in, you can see your cameras live, look back at recorded footage, great. But as soon as you leave the app and use another app, then you go back in, all the details that you just saved are gone. You need to re-enter everything again, so you need to carry the QR code with you. How do you fix this, Also it won't let me download videos the app crashes when you attempt to.

    SuperLive Plus is a difficult app to use when viewing my home security cameras. The app is clearly intended for software professionals but not the average user. It's hard to perform the initial setup and making changes to recording options is simply a pain. Please use easy to understand terminology and provide a user guide with the app download.

    UPDATE: Previous issues fixed. Would be good to zoom in on timeline to more accurately select specific times. Previous: Good but could be better - app turns screen brightness to full for no reason. Secondly, when playing back previous recordings, it would be useful to see different colours for different activity like schedule recording or motion etc (like on the interface of the NVR and Web interface).

    Fantastic app!! Works great and great video. The only MINOR drawback is in the video playback...its difficult to view a precise moment with the time slider. Would be great if in a future update you can enter the time u wish to view...doesnt have to be to the precise second but within a minute is fine Update: There is a clock feature next to the slider that allows for exact time viewing. Either occured in an update or I missed it. 5/5 stars!!

    The app is quite good but it's hard to navigate through the timeline. It would help if it were possible to set an exact time up to a second and allow to move back and force with small fractions of time. Currently, an investgation of an event is a nightmare!

    The app is good, dont have a lot of complaints around the design or usability. I hate the push notifications, needs better settings so you are not alerted if a fly or water droplet comes in front of the camera. you start to ignore the notification or turn the setting off because of its sheer annoyance and could miss an actual intruder as a result. The app could be improved by allowing you to better manage the boundary for thr motion sesnor.

    One of the main problems I have with this app is trying to view recorded footage. It is always skipping and doesn't play back smoothly. A lot of times it just freezes and you have to close out and then log back in again. Even when all the cameras are on the system sometimes will show no connection or no data

    This app is failing. On a samsung note 8 I put entries in and setup the devices. I open the app a few days later and THEY ARE ALL GONE! LOTS OF WORK and poof all the setup info is gone. Also the scan a image doesn't work. You navigate to the photos and they are displayed but when you select the image it takes you back to a empty entry. Did it several more times and same result. Except then the app crashed.

    Very surprised with the amount of functionality in this app. It's a sysadmins dream, with SNMP support, user and group permissions, detailed logs, the ability to see active users- all kinds of stuff. You can even control different bitrates for recordings under certain conditions or when viewing live. It might overwhelm an average user, but theres a ton to play with here.

    It's very slow to connect. Also, I have to log in every time, I can not just leave it open and continue doing other thing in my cellphone since it automatically log off. However, once is connected the video/camera you can see very clear.

    Installed this when super live pro stopped working (android os 9) v happy, loads faster, connects faster and my cameras are super clear. Having just looked through the negative reviews I would suggest almost all of them are either user error or connection issues (either wifi or cellular). I have been using this for a month now with absolutely no issues what so ever. I'm on a Huawei p30 Pro on the latest os. My cameras are 720p with ir for night time. Adverts are non Intrusive. 👍

    clear, zoomable, remote live viewing. horrible motion sense, basically a shadow will set it off in the lowest sensitivity so you can't use it. my old system, if someone came to the door i got an alert. this system if left on, i would get an alert every 5 seconds.

    The app is great. There are a ton of handy things I can do with the app. The only issue I have is the accuracy of the fast forward/rewind in the recordings. It seems to skip a lot and it would help a lot to be able to play the footage at an accelerated speed rather than jumping frames. Also, when I am in ff/r and press play, it skips two minutes in the respective direction instead of playing where it's at. That is extremely difficult to work with. Otherwise, everything else is great!

    Very good app, however the one small issue I'm having is with multiple sites loaded some take a while to load and on occasions they drop (the internet connection is stable) I am an installer and if my customers have multiple sites I know this will be a big frustration, please can you look into this.

    Dec 29, 2019 Update: With the Android 10 update, the brightness goes to full brightness regardless of my settings. I still can't adjust the screen brightness while app is loaded. If I want to make it brighter or darker, cant do it until I close and reload the app. Devs, whats wrong with you? Fix your broken app! Backup and Restore options are gone?

    April update has killed this app. Takes a good 20 to 30 seconds to load now and there's a lot of buffer when live, sometimes it'll run for a few secs then stop and push back. Reviewing footage is almost impossible now as it takes too long to skip sections. Please fix back to how it was before.

    This works all the time every time. Like the search by time is so easy to use. I have this on all my phone's and works with 3G and 4G no problem. Best app ever just keeps working with no problems at all. Running two 16ch DVR's and 4ip cameras using this app and that is using a Chinese Android phone bought on fleabay for £59.     I can't see my home cameras through my phone 90% of the time. We've had tech come help us "fix" the problem. We keep having the same problems with our security cameras and app. If we are away from home, we really can't check up on our home.

    Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars for now, in two weeks I'll update again after testing the new update. Appears the creators have fixed all the bugs everyone have been experiencing the past few months while also adding some new features to quell and losses of customers. I personally use this company and system in partnership with a few private security companies, I may go back to promoting and using these system in my install if, that's a big if, this update holds strong for 30+ days.

    The reason for the two star rating is that I'm not sure if the problem that I'm constantly having is a fault of the app or if it is the phone or the wifi. If I knew for sure it was the app I would give a 1 star and if it's not the app I would give a 5 star. My problem is I'm frequently getting "Device Off Line" or "No Device" instead of video. When it's working everything is beautiful. There also should be a manual to read for full understanding of how the features work.

    App have bug with timings (time zones). I working overseas and when adjusted sistem timing at my home time zone and save it, after app restart, time on sistem is also restarted and showing wrong time on my home CCTV, diference is 2 hours. Also when watching recorded video files, timing on cameras not match timing on recorded timeline, diference is one hour. Please can you investigate this and fix it? Also please can you include dark mode for beter view recorded yellow lines?

    Working well.very useful to keep vigil day and night even when we are out of station and abroad.The cameras give high quality visuals to identify any trespassers.     Works great when it works. It should auto refresh and reconnect each time navigating in and out of the screens. If you minimize app to look at another app then you have to manually adjust settings to get it to reconnect.

    I can not at all get the DVR to set up with the app. If I visit the DVR locally via the ip address from my browser, then I can see it. But from the app, the qr code not the manual entry of the id will work to connect. Just says it timed out. Tried troubleshooting but no changes.

    Good but when using playback you only have a few tries/skips before it freezes and you have to go back to the main menu and go back to playback to continue searching, or you have to find a specific time and watch the whole thing.

    The camera upload from a remote location is ridiculously slow. I have an alarm service who calls me when the alarm is set off, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to access the cameras to see who is in the warehouse, all the while, the alarm company is on hold! Very frustrating.

    Since latest update this app now runs in the background when you exit it and there seems to be no way of turning it off. You can force stop but then as soon as it is reopened it continues to run in the background which drains your battery.

    April 2020 update has made the app unusable. Before the update the video feed was instant and now it's takes over a minute to load. Not ideal if I want to instantly check on noises outside for safety. Can you please fix urgently and I can move this back to 5 stars
