App isn't very modern. Has easy to fix errors. Normally this would be three stars but around two months ago I turned off a few andriod push alerts in the app. One sub category keeps spamming me with a lot of andriod push alerts. Tech support in email around three weeks ago acknowledged they understood my trouble report then ignore any follow up emails I send. Apps that spam should not be in the Google play store

This app is pretty awful. The main focus of this app is to present advertisements. News content blacks out as you scroll in order to highlight ad content. Ads are fine but don't black out the news article. I like the Sentinel but unless this app is improved I may get my news and info elsewhere.

The app was fine, however over the last couple of weeks, when we need information the most due to the pandemic, the app keeps blocking me. I have an account and called tech support several times, they are aware of the problem but have down nothing to fix it. This is absolutely inexcusable during a time when we need information more than we ever have.

I Subscribed for Digital access and the App keeps asking me to Login & Password; very annoying. Also Subscribed April 1st for Sunday Physical / Printed version paper, expecting to receive first one on Sunday April 4th; never got it. Sent an email and called. Supposed to get Sunday April 11th; NEVER GOT IT. Wrote again. Delivery is a disaster, a Joke. Many people complaining. If Sun Sentinel keeps like this, I can only CANCEL.

I paid for a monthly subscription and this app will not recognize the fact that I paid for a subscription. Every time I open the app to read the news the app states that I read my quota of free stories for the month. I tried updating my subscription, but that did not work I also tried contacting the Sun Sentinel and they stated they couldn't find my subscription so I just cancelled it. By the way, I was billed for this monthly subscription. I'll just use the Miami Herald.

Latest. revision is awful. While reading an article it suddenly resets to the first article. Impossible to read. cancelled subscription because of this and sudden unannounced price increases. Recommend against giving this publisher your credit card info.

Was working just fine until a couple of days ago. I'm a paid subscriber but it blocks me from reading g most articles. Followed directions. Unidentified stalled ap, restarted phone, downloaded again. Same result. No help from support staff. Guess I'll download the free Miami Hersld ap.

Won't let me read the stories although I have an active digital subscription. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, etc. It continually tells me I need a digital subscription. Customer Service solution was to read it on a web browser - doesn't solve the issue with the app!

App and website don't work well. Advancing to the next page works only sometimes. This issue started a few weeks ago. Update: A month later and issue persists.
