The SumTotal mySupport app provides all support and service information in a single, one-stop-shop application. mySupport app is now available for all our Designated Support Contacts. Key features include: - Aggregated key support metrics, such as resolution time, backlog and age - Immediate Information arranged as Need to Do, Need to See and Need to Know - Escalation and prioritization status and progress - Use with Salesforce mobile app to see or update Case details (Internal Users) - Upcoming deployment and maintenance schedules and status - Outage notifications and status updates - Account team members can select from the list of assigned accounts or see combined information Please note the email address you use to login to the app should be in our records and identified as a Designated Support Contact for your account.
