Main functions and features of ABLE resident application "sumca"
sumca is an application that supports rental life such as tenant application (Note 1), contract management (Note 1), advantageous coupons and living information.
"Application screen" where you can apply for moving in with the app (Note 1)
Documents such as application forms that were filled out by hand can be done smoothly with the application.
"Contract information screen" where you can upload contract information and contracts
You can check contract information such as rent, contract period, and special contract with the app.
Upload your contract and you'll have instant access to the information you need.
Indoor status report is also smooth with the app "Indoor status report function" (Note 1)
By registering scratches and dirt in the room with the app when you move in, you can prevent troubles in restoring the original state when you move out.
"Life information" and advantageous "coupons" that support a comfortable life
I want to support my new life after moving in! "Life information" and advantageous "coupons" will be updated regularly.
Cancellation procedure is also "cancellation contact" with the application
You can also use the app to notify you of cancellations, which used to be a postcard. (Note 1)
