Well I've use this bank account for over a year, zero problems ever rang customer service many times always help, felt like I had to leave a review after seeing these comments, I wondering if this is the same bank I use, was doubtful at first but didn't have many options, 5 star account does excalty what it says on th tin

The app is not bad but the customer service is null, absent. There is no way to keep in touch with the customer support team, if there is any! The emails you can send through the app are never answered. The phone number is out of service and the facebook channel only tells you to call or send an email.... The worse service ever. Please don get a suits me card.

Wouldn't let me put 1 star. Loaded £249 in and they took fees and left me £231. Immediately transferred out and deleted app. Horrendous amount of fees compared to other prepaid.

Absolute con artists.. Charge you for everything, even to check your balance at an ATM .! I've cancelled my account. Had £30 transferred from PayPal, took 5 days to clear and I ended up with £10.06 in my account when it did clear through there fees.! If you want a pre paid credit card, try Revolut, they are excellent..!!!!

Don't use this bank as they just shut your account down by email. I used it as a personal account and after 1 month they have shut it down and blocked the card so I can't pay the rent and buy food!

Been using suit me for over a year now and for some reason my account was frozen and no one is telling me why my account is frozen, all I get is we are still waiting for the relevant team to get back to us, its my account and I have every reason to know why my account is being frozen, am saving for a mortgage, you guys can't take my hard earned money I've been working for, for years just like that.

Works incredibly..does exactly as said in their terms and condition...so before complaining and getting mad about charges..read terms and conditions first...mostly charges are one time only..if you want to avoid topup fees..they have option for it..transfer from bank and spend from card..

Absolutely diabolic service.opened an account,tried crediting money via bank transfer, covering account opening fee, credit was rejected and rejected and rejected, OK then close my account then,can't even contact customer service, close account immediately & I'll go elsewhere.
