Dr. Bindu Menon Foundation brings you physiotherapy exercises for stroke recovery. Stroke affects everybody differently. Life of the patient and his family changes after the stroke. Stroke rehabilitation is all about getting back to normal life and living a life as independent as possible. Proper rehabilitation and good compliance of medications will help in speedy recovery of the individual. This stroke help course has various physiotherapy exercise which are specific to the stroke deficits. The repetition of these exercises will help in neuroplasticity and make your brain to control your movements better. A physiotherapist is teaching all exercises to you in the videos. All exercises are to be done under supervision. This initiative is only an attempt to help the patients and caregivers to support in their journey of stroke. Any discomfort or problems while doing exercises, they need to stop immediately and consult their respective doctors. Please consult your neurologist and physiotherapist for more details and before initiating these exercises strictly.
