The app is really easy to use but it has some flaws. One of them is that when you are about to buy something it says the fee and when you are about to check out it adds more fees to it. About $30 in fees for my Jordan 1 mid gym reds. It also says it will take 1-2 business days for the shoes to start to be shipped to stock x but it can take longer than that. The goods outweigh thr bads though. You can easily search for the shoes over all 9/10

Not happy with the way taxes are calculated. I applied a discount code and the tax was the same before the discount was applied. This is a problem across the board since other customers will experience the same issue. That adds up to a class action issue. Stock x needs to offer a little more than products to stay competitive. I will be removing my account after this current delivery. Buyers need love to especially since SX collects fees from sellers and buyers on the same product. Double dip?

It's a great place to get shoes that your buddy won't have and you get what you order. No unwanted surprises. They are also cheaper than the other places I looked. The Nike website had better pricing but you need to be on top of that because they sell out pretty quick. I'm new at buying shoes like this so I enjoy stockX

So this is the worst experience not only do you automatically can get locked out of your account but even worse is their whole shipping process they say it takes 1-3 days to reach their alt center yet here I am waiting close to week without any updates. If you want to be waiting way past their expected delivery date for your process buy from them.

Just writing this to report a bug. The current version of the app doesn't let you change your password (an error pops up at the bottom) and anything related to email preferences is just gone. You can't see them in the app, and if you try to go to those settings by clicking the link at the bottom of an email, the app will get frozen while trying to open because those settings just aren't accessible on the app.

If I could give 0 I would. I have used this service twice now and my latest experience has made them lose me as a customer for good. I purchased some shoes for my daughter's birthday on 9/30. My purchase was authenticated a few days later and now has been "waiting for carrier pickup" going on 2 weeks. I know COVID has caused some delays but seeing i work for the shipping partner in the finance department I know we aren't delayed like that and we push our pick ups(that's how we make money). After

It's not allowing me to sign into the app. Every time I go to enter my password it closes out the page and brings me back to the profile screen where it continuously spins non stop. I've deleted the data, cache, and redownloaded the app and none of that worked. Putting in my email works fine but when I go to input the password it just closes instantly before I can enter anything.

This is a complete trash app and so irresponsible, i have contacted them through thier help service and i got reply that they will be touch within 48 hours, but after that mail there is no contact from them, and there is no contact number and in thier site its not showing delivery date either

Cant log into account unless im using app & have to select login threw Google. When trying to log in from other device it keeps saying email or password is wrong.. & i am using same Google email & password..trying to long in with web browser & not Google account.
