Three new levels (in network games):

— Skyline Redux (enemy helicopters!)

— Headquarters (smashing up office furniture!)

— Corruption 2 (it's DIFFICULT!)

and bug fixes:

— Fixed bug where you couldn't complete a level if any of the players lost all their lives (thank you Tacao2 for reporting that!)

— Fixed moon rover sometimes stopping dead for a moment (thank you Dan for reporting that!) and fixed its wheels sometimes getting stuck underground

— Added missing props on the rooftops on Skyline
