Simply slide your finger to connect 3 or more star gems of the same color in a line (horizontally or vertically) to trigger a match.
Eliminating 4 gems at once will generate a "Meteor Gem" with an area-of-effect explosion; eliminating it will destroy all gems within the surrounding 3x3 grid.
Successfully connecting 5 gems in a straight line, T-shape, or L-shape will unlock a "Nebula Gem," which clears an entire row or column of gems, helping you quickly overcome level obstacles.
