A day ago I reset my phone then ssc tube also uninstalled but when I installed it later then the current affair option in ssc tube was disappear. Now, no one cant pickup my phone to solve my problem. Please solve the technical issue of current affairs.

Disappointed by the test interface(not at all like the real SSC exam or the test interface of other apps like testbook, unacedemy, gradeup etc The app lags and it takes time switching to the next question or section ,the app hanged 4-5 times while giving a one hour test,I had to pause and resume the test many times due to this. Would have rated negative if possible , wasted my one hour 🤬😡😠🤬

Dear sir, i bought previous live mock package in November 2020 nd I attempted 5 to 6 mocks then I joined the institution to strong my basic. After 7 months today when I again login to attempt previous live mock it shows me to buy it again nd I am unable to give previous live mock ! So I am requesting you plz have a look on this issue nd solve my problems nd I can't afford to pay it one more time...plz help!

Lot of flaws in the app. 1) You can't see anything in groups like if u have completed a test, and you want to analyse it, it would be taking time to do that because you have to select question every time from the wrong attempt or skipped. It should be easy to navigate under particular section. 2) The question pallets at the bottom of the page is not easy to navigate with 3) can't take screen shot, lot of time we encounter some question which needs to be discussed with teacher or friends. Why the hell is popping ads all the time? Also, the resume feature doesn't work properly. Whenever I take a test on a computer, after submitting the test when I get back, the test automatically restarts and worse part is, it doesn't pause. Even after logging out from the website and application as well. This problem not only occurs while taking test on computers but also happens in App. How can someone take a test without logging in? Even after logging out who submits my test?

The new update is worst .. the interface is not user friendly.. moving to next Question is not easy..switching to next section is also no good. Plzz include rank change with marks .. like testbook.. If possible plzz revert to the previous version of app..

The newly updated version is the worst ever since I'm using it. The user interface is extremely slow. It consumes a lot of time in moving to the next question. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. The content is very good, quality of questions in mocks is good as well. But, please ameliorate the user interface asap.

The working of app can be made alot better. U just click on a wrong thing and u r back to home page. Also, the course I have purchased doesn't show in a separate box, I have to go to the bottom of list everytime. The video doesn't have any option of forward or reversing it for 15 secs or so. Other symbols are also small. All in all a lot of improvements have to made so that noone faces any difficulty in the smooth running of app. Lastly it sends a series of notification everytime I open the app.

latest 2.6 update is a nightmare for us. Can't use app for test, we have to go for website. When we open previous live mocks the screen shows nothing but arrows, on pressing back button after 5 min of buffering it shows them now. Previous version was perfect and fast. App hangs throughout the exam and even worst is that you cant see diagram picture in question paper by directly swiping down the list you have to click on arrow to see diagram. To make thing worse you forced us to update it.
