I have some issues: 1. At Alarm Setting, Motion Detect, the Scale is inconsistent, it say "the most sensitive is "0". but if you press the button "+" it goes up to 6. so which way it is ? 2. it is not possible to erase some of the recorded files, which should it be very useful. 3. A recorded file can't be saved nor exported. 4. the infrared LEDs should be able to switch it off, because when a CAM is close to a window, the LEDs reflects and blind it. 28 May 2020, still the same issues.

When I first used this app maybe 6 months ago, I would give 5 stars. The app was Amazing. But for some reason, 1 day the microphone stopped working. That is 1 of the main things I use. If I go to the store, I keep the camera on to make sure my kids are okay. I can see them but can not communicate with them. Please help me!!!!!!

does not work with galaxy s8, needs an update desperately! I can not see the bottom of the screen where you need to click to setup a camera, only way I can set one up is to connect my old galaxy note 5 then log into the app with my other phone, sad it's not compatible with my newer but now few years old phone... sd cards stopped working with the cameras and therefore only good to view live when I open the app, not good for security! PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP ! I'm looking into other cameras/apps...

When an IP camera viewer app requests access to your location, contact numbers, (microphone and camera, too, although they may have camera systems that offer two-way audio and video communications), AND your health vital records (I have health monitoring apps installed); you can't help but feel quite suspicious. What i'm trying to say is READ THE PERMISSION WINDOW BEFORE CLICKING "YES", PEOPLE. But, other than that, the app works alright. Giving it a three for the strange data requests.

i have tried a few low cost ipcam systems and sricam seems to the better. However, the app on Android pie has a super annoying problem..when you switch apps on your phone then go back to sricam app.. the sricam app can no longer display any cameras. you have to quit out of the the sricam app and restart it to get the cameras back again. ..very annoying.

Never had an issue until this recent update you put out. Its keeps picking up a network connection error so i can't access any video or even check on the cameras. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling is useless that doesnt work the problem still persists. Had these cams a good amount of years and no issue what so ever until now. Fix this problem as soon as possible

So after I upgraded by installing the new 1080p cameras, I hate the new ones. They CONSTANTLY are making clicking noises EVERY time my TV brightness causes the infrared to turn on and I HATE IT!! The old 720p cameras would only attempt to read or be on if the app was open and running on a device OR if I had the alarm on. NOW they are on just because and after 5pm they are constantly trying to switch between infrared mode! UPDATE THE NEW CAMERAS PLEASE!!

this thing is extremely frustrating...I first got this to watch over my mother who has medical issues... but I can't seem to log into this thing... it was never easy to begin with... but i don't have all freaking day just to try and connect with Sricam... I wanted to use this asba baby monitor... but I can't for the life of me get this to connect!! i want to smash this and the second I purchased because this is total trash... this app sucks!! why is this so difficult to connect???

I was hoping these cameras and app would be a step up from a Piper camera I have. I've been duped! Being a tech person, this is the worst setup ever. Never ending network errors & have to force close app just to get one feature working again. I fear I wasted my time and $! And what's with the permissions being requested anyway, some dont have anything to do with the app.

Looks like VB creation from long ago, I also experience repeatedly timeouts. Massive battery hog, app does not close properly stays on but cam itself is shutting down. No option to upload to GDrive etc. within app, PTZ works but not in ie TinyCam which has Gdrive. paying for cloud storage should not be done except business ,at ridiculous pricing and gawd knows WHERE.
