There is always an online payment related issue. Today my account has already been debited. I have waited for 4 hours and the app doens't even show an order being placed. Another gross incidence 2 weeks back, when they delivered the order at 1am, and the guy said he broke one bottle on the way, will replace next day and never came back. There's no way to file such complaints on the app..

I have always loved the app. However over the past months, lot of options are rarely in stock. And since yesterday, I have been facing constant app crash. It is unusal that I am facing this when I try to open the app directly but opens normally when opened via the play store. It is some bug, perhaps. This is why the 2 stars and hope you can fix this promptly.

Pathetic experience in both order. 1st order i had to go to shop to and collect the order. After a wait of almost 2 hrs and in 2nd Order delivery person came halfway and returned back to store. There is no number to call delivery person and also dial option in app is useless does not work in delivery hours.
