Description
Draycir’s Proof of Delivery module streamlines a business’ delivery process by allowing driver routes to be efficiently mapped using the fastest route, whilst allowing signatures to be captured electronically.
The app is designed for businesses that use Sage 200 and the new Sage 200cloud in conjunction with Spindle Self Serve, who operate their own-fleet deliveries.
Combined the system offers;
• Easily distribute despatches amongst a fleet of vehicles
• Efficient route mapping via Google Maps
• Real-time viewing of delivery status
• Reduced administration time in obtaining, storing and retrieving proof of delivery
• Option to take delivery photographs adds to accountability for drivers and supports customers against fraudulent or erroneous damage claims
• Easily manage failed and rescheduled deliveries
• Review performance of specific fleet vehicles
