Description

Draycir’s Spindle Approvals supports streamlining a business’ approval/authorisation process by allowing approval requests to be automatically sent to the relevant approver(s).

The app is currently designed for businesses that use Draycir’s Spindle Purchase Invoice Recognition. Where the system offers;

• Ability to easily define rules and criteria which determines whether a request requires approval.
• Automatic notification to approvers when a request requires their attention.
• Ability to setup one or many approvers for a single or multiple rules.
• Reduced administration time in manually obtaining approval.
