Your support system sucks .. if you have a problem there is no number to call and it leaves you in hang up land. In other words you can't watch what you are paying for. Tried to upgrade to 9.99 a month and it threw us out now we do not have Paramount+ that we are paying 4.99 for. Would like someone to explain why your system is not worth the money. HELP

Trash. Constantly crashing and saying there's is no network connection. Forces me to restart my firestick because it won't move from that screen and the remote won't work. All the other apps work just fine. This is the ONLY one that keeps crashing. I'm glad I got a trial because I would never pay full price for a monthly subscription.

In a word frustrating. The app constantly stops and cycles interrupting the flow of whatever you are watching. Doesn't matter time day or on what devise, the issue is constant. Please fix soon!

Since I updated the app in October to watch the new season of Yellowstone the app has been junk. I stream it and it just doesn't want to play. It buffers constantly at the beginning if you can even get it to play at all. Then it buffers after the long commercials and it will finally close and you have to sit through all the commercials again because it starts at the beginning of the show. Ridiculous! Please don't say to contact you. You are reading the reviews and see there is a problem. Fix it!

This app SUCKS. It doesn't work 90% of the time. Uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. It just sits there and tries to load and when it finally does, you get 7 commercials, then the show is supposed to start, and it says suddenly that the video is no longer available. 🤦♀️ I just wanna watch Yellowstone. 😭

Way too many ads. And even bought the paramount plus thinking that my show would be on there without ads. Nope!!! Shows only on the free app, and it literally plays 5-10 seconds at a time before it has to buffer. It's not my device, tried with different devices and was the same problem. Canceling the paramount plus immediately after purchase. App sucks

The closed captioning is pitiful. It's not even close to be synced with the timing of the actual dialog.

Worst streaming service we have used. Constantly stops and starts, with the spinning wheel of death. Unable to watch shows due to the constant pauses. We miss large chunks of the show while it tries to load. We dont have this problem with any other service, just paramount.
