i have spark account in desktop site. Maybe thats y i was able to login in mobile app with PEN and phone number. Compared to desktop site, not much details available. Overall very good initiative. I also want to add that Kerala treasury mobile app was released on last year November, which still has not started working or not able to login. Compared to that this is very good. I gave 3 star only because it don't give any additional advantage for me. ( let details available, lesser login time)

Lot of improvement required. 1. Salary slip is not available. Individual detailed Salary Slip should be provided with a convertible PDF format. The same can be used as instant pay certificate for banks and credit societies.... 2. Salary slip should contain every loan details with installment details. for eg PF advance repayment should contain installment number like 25/36 along side with installment amount.This facility is also not in salary slip available Spark Web interface..... 3.App alert also should be provided as DASH BOARD message that user should get ALERT when salary bill submitted to treasury, salary bill sanctioned at treasury, bills rejected, salary credited to your account etc..... 4.The same ALERT can also be made when increment sanctioned, promotion to new post or grade promotion with the new scale of pay, LWA, Half pay leave sanctioned in spark..etc...... 5. If any new entry in DEDUCTION was made in SPARK or change in existing deduction compared to previous month , the same may be intimated as an ALERT or DASH BOARD message..... 6.Viewing service history in HTML and PDF format may be provided to the individual...... 7. Facility to print own identity card with Photo , PEN, DESIGNATION and office and residential address in PDF format in emergency situations..

Nice app which we were waiting for. Now I can access my spark account easily while giving PEN No. & regd. mobile number. Thanks. But after the last update I could not log in as it says back I am retired.....hi hi

This is a good initiative. Obviously lots to improve. Please dont stop updating the app. One concern is in Leave management. The controlling office is showing the details of someone else while my officer and officer post is something else. This should me made available in drop down so that the leave and joining can be done correctly.

Pathetic app. Each time i try login, it says i am retired. Please make necessary improvements. Have installed this app ever since it came into play store. Only once i was able to login till now

WORST APP. Need lots of improvisation. The salary details should contain Bill gross Bill net & DOE as in the salary slip. The Bill status of individual should also be make available ie weather the Bill has been processed or accepted or passed in treasury.Details of salary from the date spark came to existence should be available

A good initiative by Finance department of Kerala. But Same problem exists for me also. I am unable to log in the app. Hope it will be corrected soon.

I was unable to login on desktop version, but contacted spark assistance on department. they activated the the account for me. the mobile app is a good initiative. no waiting for salary slips for now
