This app is suitable for customers of Sparda-Bank West eG and Sparda-Bank Hessen eG.

With the Sparda banks' free app, you can do your mobile banking anywhere conveniently from your smartphone or tablet.

• Fast login with fingerprint (from Android 6.0 - please note that we currently do not support older fingerprint sensors that are not natively supported by Google's fingerprint hardware for security reasons.)

Security:
• The application is secured by an individual password (master password).
• Highest application security through encryption of the customer number and online PIN using a device-specific token.

• Transaction approval procedure: In addition to the chip TAN procedure, the SpardaSecureApp is available for convenient transaction approval.

Requirements for using photo transfer:
To use the photo transfer you need a mobile device
• Accelerometers
• Camera
• Camera flash / photo light
• Autofocus

Please also note:
• We recommend an Android operating system version 5.0 or higher to operate the app.
• User-specific data will be migrated as part of the version update. This includes created bank details and the master password, provided this corresponds to the security guidelines of the current application (at least six characters).
