Excellent app! Soooooo much useful. But little updation needs to more effective, that is in payment history made a print option to print their receipt for future reference especially those who done online payment and also watch back button we have press back button which you gives in it but set it as by default as android back button. Thank you.

Hi, I'm trying to lodge a complaint in the app but I keep getting an error "Complaint not registered". I've an issue with the latest bill which is generated for 2 months together, which shouldn't be the case. I've tried calling 1912 but they disconnected the call by listening my issue. Please help me to lodge my complaint and resolve the issue. Thanks

Very useful app. I have been using this app from the time it came out. Never had to stand in a line to pay my bills. For a month the payment part is not working. It keeps saying error when we choose the mode of payment app developers kindly look into this matter and correct it. Not one mode of payment is working. If not for this fault it is a five star app.

Dear Sir, The App was working great until recent update. I am getting Not valid registered number / mail id error. Tried Forgot Password option - error. Tried Does not have Account - error. Tried Sign Up option - error Even tried Quick Pay option - getting No Data error Please resolve the issue and enable me to use the App. My payment is pending due to this please. With Regards

It was working perfectly, recently I changed my phone to MI 10 5G. It has got Android version 10. I don' t think this app supports Android version 10. Can able to install and login and add the account, but while trying to pay error : unable to connect to server. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. I uninstalled the app and tried installing again 2-3 times, but same result. Finally, I gave all app permissions like Location, Storage, and Telephone. Viola! starred working 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the past 2months I am using this app.I thought that this the great app for the ease of payments of electricity bill but from yesterday onwards app is not working. It is showing as "CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION" and by the way my internet speed is 30MBPS. Please resolve the issue as a early as possible. Thank you.

I wish to rewrite my previous review to give more stars as it's working fine after realising the missing details on my mobile. The app works based on the app permissions in mobile. Just provide necessary permissions to have it working. However, I didn't check the integrity of web app and mobile app. I think the same credentials may not work for both. Anyway I am happy to see the mobile app back to operational on my mobile.
